Underwhelmed

Number one I selected birthday gift. And it came as an anniversary gift. In the card, I even wrote happy birthday, but it still came as an anniversary card and an anniversary balloon. Then the flowers came, but much of it had brown around the base of the flowers, so some of them were already starting to wilt used to say my wife was kind of disappointed.

Fast & beautiful! Highly recommend

I loved how easy the online ordering process was. And what sold me specifically was the first photo on the search page was the actual photo of the flower bouquet, and not the "upgraded bouquet". Delivery was perfect & price point was amazing! Will definitely be using again in the future now!

On the day of delivery I received an email stating the local florist could not complete my order as requested. They then offered me something of equal or greater value. It was a beautiful arrangement, but not what I ordered. When delivery driver arrived in my driveway, it was an old model Honda accord with no front license plate displayed. The driver didn't immediately identify himself and who he represented. The vase had also spilled into the delivery box. So as the driver gave it to me the box disintegrated. It was a sloppy delivery service to put it mildly. But the flowers were great and achieved the goal. Just thought you should know the delivery driver did not represent pro-flowers in a manner that would leave a positive imprint in my opinion.

Birthday flowers while on ski trip

Surprised my friend with flowers for her birthday at our air bnb and was a hit! I easily was able to call the same day of the delivery to provide a unit number that I didn't have before placing the order. Highly recommend!

Get Well wishes made easy

Ordering and checkout were easy! A friend had surgery, and my work schedule was too packed to be able to visit her home in-person. ProFlowers saves the day! Her arrangement was delivered within the window they estimated, and the photo she sent me of the flowers was beautiful! Although pricey, the service and quality was worth it to brighten someone's day and recovery.

Bad delivery

The flowers I ordered thru you was delivered, however the florist you used left the flowers outside in the rain very disappointed. I gave the phone number of the person so they could of called and said they have a delivery.

The recipient was quite pleased with her flowers. They looked just as advertised. The delivery person called me to inform me that no one answered the doorbell, and let me know where she placed the flowers so that I can communicate that with the recipient, which I very much appreciated.

Birthday Gift for Mom

The box arrived via UPS and looked a bit beaten up on the exterior, so we were nervous for her to unbox the orchids. However, the heavy-duty bubble wrap/safety packaging totally kept the flowers and vase intact and perfect. The flowers are gorgeous and thriving. Fantastic 75th birthday gift for Mom!

Delivery Delay

I was not properly updated about delivery delays - I understand because of the weather there were delays but no one informed me and when I tried to find out when it would be delivered no one could answer the question - it did arrive 3 days late but the only way I knew is because the person texted to thank me.

The flowers were delivered on time, but the product wasn't what I expected. I picked the flowers on the webpage based on two things: purple roses and a succulent. Unfortunaley, when the flowers arrived, there were neither in the arrangement.
