After looking at their website, (which stated shipping Aust wide) I place an order for Native Flowers Bouquet in Mason Jar (to be delivered the next day). The order & payment was processed and at no point during this process was there any indication there would be a problem with the delivery. After 3 days my flowers had not arrived so I followed up with an online chat only to be informed that due to the distance from the warehouse to my delivery address it would take 3-4 days to be delivered which was not feesable for fresh flowers & I was offered a store credit. I then tried to email the company, with the email bouncing back saying invalid email address and after holding on the phone for almost 20 minutes I was told someone would ring me back to arrange a refund. Now, 4 days later, I still have not heard from anybody. This order was $87.95 and at no point was I contacted by the company to advise my order was not possible.
I am still waiting to hear from anyone from From You Flowers & still have not received my refund.
I would not order from this company again---they need to drop the local florist that delivered the wrong item... 50% less flowers that were ordered and the wrong color---the local florist obviously just threw whatever was available together not complying with what was on the web site. First picture is what was ordered from the web site and the second picture is what was delivered.
Upon further investigation the local florist that From You Flowers subcontracted the order to is called Immortal Flower and Gift in Delaware *******330. This info was NOT given to me by From You Flowers---they would not disclose the local florists info. I did call the local florist to inform them of the situation and that I had reached out to From You Flowers and also that if it were my decision I would find another local florist to work with. All I got from Immortal Flowers and Gifts from the owner was 'sorry' numerous times. BTW got a call from my friend the day after the delivery and the white daisies were dropping petals-- From You Flowers did eventually give me a full refund... I wonder how many times this has happened to others that don't follow thru with what is ordered compared to what is actually delivered?

I had the worst experience with fromyourflowers.com. I made an order in 4th february for flowers and cake for my husband birthday on 5th. I have paid all the needed expenses to get in on time. Then on 5th morning i recieved the flowers that looks soo old and not fresh at all and doenst look like the delux boquet that i chose, with a birthday baloon than is half blown. It was sooo embarrassing infront of my husband. Then the cake didnt even reach on 5th! Which is the birthday day It reached on 6th although they charged me extraa 14.99 for second day delivery. I was soo disappointed and i will never buy from this website again.

I had some flowers delivered to girlfriend's place of employment, which closes at 6pm EST, as a surprise. When I asked her how was her surprise she said she did not receive anything and she left her office a little after 6pm EST. The email I received stated they were delivered at 629 pm EST, when I asked why it was delivered last the company stated it was delivered at 5:15 pm yet neither she nor her coworkers received the delivery. The next day her co worker called and said they were sitting outside, the temp was well below freezing, when she arrived that morning. I am highly disappointed

First delivery had the wrong color flowers but once they were notified, a new boquet was sent the following day and they were perfect! I appreciated the no hassle immediate replacement and will certainly do business with them again.

The flower order was not the issue. We received confirmation that it was delivered as requested but not to the right address. It was received about 30 hours later after being outside in sub zero temps. Upon defrosting the flowers has a wilting appearance. Not very appealing

I ordered chocolate covered Oreos for my son. They arrived in perfect condition and were thoroughly enjoyed in place of a Birthday cake. Ordering was quick and easy and they arrived on the date that I chose for delivery. I would definitely use From You Flowers again.

Product picture was of a nice sunflower arrangement, with 10 flowers. I received 9 sunflowers, with zero filler, and my wife had to trim stems and cut the mesh off the flowers themselves. I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a joke. What a waste of money. Honestly, would give zero stars if I could, but 1-star will have to suffice. Will never purchase from this company again.
FYI: Customer Service offered me a 20% refund but wouldn't let me give a bad review for their company. And I still wasted 80% of my money. The CS is outserviced so you're speaking to someone non-local, non-involved, and who doesn't care.

My experience was good until days later I received a mysterious charge which turned out that this site signed me up for a shipping subscription trial with out my knowledge or consent. I had to call free shipping.com to cancel and refute the charge
*UPDATE* I was immediately contacted and given a partial refund due to my issue. They seem to really care about customer service. Maybe just beware of fine print on shipping details.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
