The hotel has no record of this booking! So according to them I do not have a reservation! I tried calling Prestigia and received an AI rep who could not answer my questions and could not refer me to a real person. I need a CONFIRMATION that the room I reserved is being held.

The price listed is less than charged amount. I saw on the screen a listing of added charges, but these did not appear on the Booking statement. One concern I have is that these charges might not be paid to the hotel, and since they are not itemized, the hotel might expect that the hotel charges are the charges billed by and paid to Prestigia, and those additional charges will be expected at check-in.
I think that the confirmation is all that I need.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
