It was pretty easy to use MyTrip to book my flights. I had to use two different airlines which worried me but it all turned out fine!
The only thing I would recommend is a better way or a better explanation on how to check in to the airlines before your flight. Since MyTrip does the booking you're left without confirmation numbers from the airlines themselves making it difficult to check in. I just make sure I got to the airports a little earlier than usual and checked in at the counters.
App is buggy, it's hard to get the enter key to engage. Not an easy interface

Please avoid at ALL costs. Fraudulent company that is mis-selling tickets so they can cash in on the extortionate refund fees. Not sure how no legal action has not been taken against them yet. I was sold a ticket with self-transfer and checked baggage. Upon purchasing I received a message saying checked baggage was not allowed and there was not enough time for the transfer, these points were not stated at all anywhere along the purchasing process. Sarika from customer service wanted to "assure me with their past experiences" that I could make the transfer on time which is completely unprofessional and entirely unhelpful as their "experience" won't cover any missed flights or fees. Ridiculous. 50% of the ticket price just to cancel, even within minutes of booking.
Scam company, with no helpful customer service and no interest in providing any sort of product or service. Will definitely look into taking further action. AVOID.

Terrible, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone for buying tickets. Nobody helps you with anything, and they charge you for any mistake made by just a few seconds. This never happens when you buy directly from the airline. These platforms are abusive.

Something unethical happened! The price showed as USD688 and upon agreeing to pay, the price jumped by USD200! This is fraud or theft as the added USD200 did not appear anywhere while doing the transaction. Good reason to stop using this and report to my colleagues.

The a la carte upcharges are unnecessary. Better to give the full real price up front so customers know what they are paying from the start. Times are tough and alot of time taken when at the end of the transaction, can't afford the trip.

Ok, still some redundant and unclear choices, that I am not clear about nor do I know whether they are important, and whether they only add $$$ to the cost.
I hate all online airline reservation pages; they are infinitely and always very confusing.

I tried to buy my son a ticket on two different sites, one site was down. Kiwi.com kept sending me in circles. Mytrip was quick, easy and completed.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
