I was let down by a national chain. Although her birthday flowers were late I was able to upgrade with sparkling wine snd chocolate covered strawberries for a few more dollars. It was a lovely tulip bouquet.
The flowers were droopy and died quickly and I specifically ordered the arrangement because it came in a yellow bucket, which was the reason I ordered that particular flower arrangement. It came in a smiley face container instead. Very disappointed.
Googled for a florist in West Virginia and came up with you, so ordered on line. Fairly easy to do. No problems.

My dear cousin passed away, and I was unable to attend his memorial service because mt husband injured himself shortly before the memorial service. We sent a beautiful potted plant. It arrived the day before the memorial service in excellent condition.
Just flowers refused to give me the name of the florist they used to deliver flowers and candy to my sister in law for her birthday. The florist they used decided to send her a leftover Valentine's Day box of chocolate instead of a birthday box of chocolate. Not what I ordered and so I will never use just flowers again. Will stick with edible arrangements.
Seriously a heart that says" love you more" is not a birthday box of chocolate.

Website was easy to access, photo's of bouquets are beautiful, but a little pricey. Placing order was fast and easy, the boutique I ordered was not what my Mom received. She received a boutique in a small vase, I had placed an order of a tall vase boutique. For this reason a reorder is questionable. 😟

I ordered flowers to surprise my wife at work on valentines day, the flowers showed up 2 days late and withered. I called customer service and they apologized and offered me s 5 dollar refund on 140 dollar purchase. I didn't think that was sufficient so i said no, they then upped the offer to 7 dollars, 7 whole dollars back was the best they could do. I hope this is not the normal service they give but i will never know because i will never use them again. Wish i could give less stars.

It was a very frustrating experience., I received several emails that the flowers were delivered, but my family member had l not received them. After 4 days of calling customer service, the flowers were finally delivered.

Ordered for Friday before Valentine's Day, not delivered till the day AFTER Valentines. Ordered the perfect arrangement, something entirely different was delivered. Not happy with the entire experience and you've done much better in the past. You should probably just refund my money on this one, but I imagine you won't.

Just Flowers provided such an amazing experience, I was blown away. It's not like they did anything extra; they did exactly what they said they would do. Ording online was easy, payment was easy, delivery was made the next day without fail and the recipient absolutely loved their gift. Thank you!

Do not use JustFlowers. Order #******* scheduled for 02/14/2026 was never delivered. Customer service promised to call me back twice and never did. Zero follow-through, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. I'm requesting a full refund.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
