I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with JustBlinds. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The blinds arrived quickly and were extremely well packaged, ensuring that nothing was damaged during shipping. They even labeled on the boxes which room the blinds was for. You can tell they take great care in protecting their products.

One of the biggest advantages is that JustBlinds allows you to preorder both the exact width and length of your blinds. Many other companies only let you select the width and then expect you to adjust the length yourself. Being able to customize both dimensions made a huge difference and ensured a perfect fit right out of the box.

Installation was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear, all the necessary hardware was included, and the blinds fit perfectly. Even if you're not particularly handy, the process is very straightforward.

Easy process to get samples for wood blinds with several options. Made a selection, took measurements as directed. Window is between two bookcases and new blind looks great. Turned a bland vanilla room into a cozy office.

We received the shades and they were great but I did need to add the liner. Luckily I did the warranty and that was a life saver!

The turnaround time from order placement to factory shipment is fast. There can be delays once the order leaves the factory that are beyond the control of Just Blinds. This depends on where outside the US the product ships from. This is my 3rd order with Just Blinds and the delivery time to my door was a very satisfactory 24 days. A prior order took longer but again that's outside the control of the company. The blinds from my last order are installed and they look great.

Refused to change the wand from 6 inches to a 24 inch after received. Stating they were made to spec.

We have never ordered blinds on line. We measured per the instructions and it worked out well.

The blinds are beautiful the Deliver of the blinds was horrible.

You measure your window openings and they make the blind to fit. They do precise work and are true to their word about when you can expect delivery of your order.

Waited for a good sale and ordered most of the blinds we needed for our house. These new blinds are light weight, and it is nice that you can just grab them and lift them so easily.

Add some type of reinforcement packaging on the ends of the boxes. That is a weak spot. Torn and open at the ends in packaging. Fortunately no significant damage to the ends of the blinds

The site is easy to use and the product is as expected.

I ordered blinds with Just Blinds and purchased the insurance as well. First blinds didn't fit so luckily eith the insurance purchase tge second set of blinds cost me nothing! The service was prompt, offered kindly, and efficient with lots of communication. I haven't out the blinds up yet but expect they will be quality and excellent!

It was an easy quick replacement for the mini blinds I ruined trying to clean. However, there wasn't an option to choose which side the wand for opening and closing. I love the easy hand lifting and lowering feature.
