The process took longer than we expected, but the finished product was very good. Very happy with our digital memories.

I am pleased with the conversion of my 8mm family videos. This process makes it easier to share these memories with family and friends.

I found a box of slides (123 of them!) that I had never seen before. I researched iMemories and sent them off! Shortly after receipt, I received an alert that my digital album was ready. These are family photos that range in age from 75 years ago to 45 years ago - most of which I had never ever seen before. Im the only one left out of our family of six (my parents are both gone as are my three older brothers) so you can imagine my reaction at seeing these family photos. A bonus was that I installed the app on my tv so I can look at these photos in 70" color! :) The over all cost was not bad to restore these priceless memories. I highly recommend iMemories!

This was my second set of old family films and photographs that I sent to IMemories. I hadn't sent photos before but their stellar work and careful handling of the first film reels increased my confidence in them. I sent original photos that were more than 100 years old. They handled them with care, provided great digital versions, and returned the originals in great condition.

I received my originals back. I have not viewed them online yet. I thought that I would receive a DVD or a memory stick with my videos on it.

Thought inwould receive media with all my stuff in one place but I was able to convert/download on my own device all of the content that was digitized. Overall, everything was fine.

The audio was not synched with the video and I've returned the order for fixing. I appreciate that Riley helped me oer the phone with this problem and directed me to return the tapes. Otherwise, your service has been reliable and professional

All my interactions with the company by email and by phone were friendly, helpful and professional. The entire process happened as expected. I received all originals back in same condition, and was able to view finished product online and stream to my TV. Overall very pleased. I'll be repeating the process with a larger order.

Process was very easy and fast. Old reel to reels that another company couldn't restore were restored! I would definitely trust IMemories to take care of your valuable memories.

Quality of over half the tapes was very poor. I'm waiting to review the original tapes at home (have to find vcr) so that I can determine if the quality of what was duplicated can be improved.

This whole experience was amazing. I was able to relive some memories that I had forgotten and got to see family member who'd passed away. It was super easy to do and it's easy to access the footage!

It was easy to pack up and ship my items.

I had no way to look at my videos shot with a camcorder using mini cassettes from over 35 years ago. I did not even have a VCR any longer. Your process enabled me to relive all those memories.

No problems my old family movies were converted to digital

I received notification that some videos were ready, which was great. There were two others that took almost another month. I emailed and asked about them and were done within the week.

Very good. But completing a survey should be easier. It wont let me move without text in boxes

It is rather expensive but the process is easy to follow and it beats trying to do it yourself
