Over 60 tapes were digitized and they even reprocessed several that were not satifactory the after the first run. Very happy with all now!

Finally stopped procrastinating and sent in my old family videos and am so glad I did. Our children who now have children of their own are really enjoying seeing themselves as they grew up.

In the past I would receive CDs. I did not realize that it would be only online. I'm not sure if I have access to this forever?

Imemories has been great to work with and I have been singing their priases since receiving the links to old videos. I always said that I wish I could jump back in time for a day and my wish came true. I am now able to jump back in time, and I get to pick the day. I am enjoying my time watching the converted videos and the photos. I am a little concerned that my VCR tapes haven't been returned yet.

Along time ago, I had all of our precious super 8 tapes converted to DVD format. Almost no one has a DVD Player these days, so converting my content to a streaming platform makes sense.

I submitted a chest tapes, some of them had issues with being too dark, screen jumping or too dark.

There the people there did an awesome job with conversion. Except one of my tapes, when I received the conversion, the VHS tape was great, but the conversion tape was messed up. Thanks to the supervisor May she had everything taken care of and everything is working just awesome.

I would use this company again as a matter of fact, I'm gonna have them put my tapes now on DVD because I know they do an awesome job

I was pleased with majority of the quality that they gave on the tapes I received however, there were two tapes where there was a loud buzzing noise. I'm sure it was the quality of the tape and not the quality of work that they did, but it was a little disappointing to not be able to get the full video of those overall though I am pleased with the videos that I am able to view online.

Quality didn't seem as good as 1st time. A better explanation of offloading from IMemories cloud to personal storage would help prior to charging to store on IMemories cloud.

Some of the videos were fine, but one was not well done! Very poor quality and if i had know that i would not have used your company! I am not happy, I feel like you make people pay up front and then they are left with bad products!

My pictures and video were all converted and provided to me via the app. The quality is great. I thought a USB would be provided as well, but I can't claim I read anything saying this was the case. USB is available, but it costs a bit extra, so I just downloaded my images to my phone, and was able to upload them to my digital picture frame.

Such a unique company! I am so glad that I discovered this company through a family member! My parents had a few VHS tapes in their storage and I am so happy that I discovered this company and was able to safety send (and safety receive back) the VHS tapes and able to get them digitalized in whatever format I wanted. It was so bittersweet to see these memories. If it wasn't for this company, I don't know what I'd do! How else would I be able to watch these tapes in 2026!

I love having my old videos digitized on an all now. They are safe and accessible. IMemories was easy to use and totally trustworthy and I'm so glad I picked them.

I had two tapes that were broken i didn't think I would ever find someone to fix it, I would never know what all was on those tapes. They fixed the taps and I was so glad to be able to see my kids crazy shenanigans when they were younger.

It is so fun after all these years to see my home videos on the tv screen. I am able to share with friends and relatives also. It's bringing back a lot of memories that were sitting idle in my closet.

I sent in 19 home videos ranging from 18 years old to over 30 years old. You guys digitized them very quickly, and at a great deal. I'm in the process of sending you 10 more as we speak.
