It is very frustrating that most of your offers don't work or you get product is ineligible despite the product being the exact same one featured in the offer - is this a scam?!
Had to scan almost everything I bought at Kroger's for cash back. Then 5 of 17 items were rejected. Did the missing cash back and was denied -- obviously representative didn't bother to review receipt! Now I am out $8.02 for cash back back items and $5 for mid week bonus! Also shorts me 5 items for silver bonus special. This is ridiculous. If you can't get Kroger's to scan items correctly then don't use them!
I wish I signed up sooner. Prices keep going up, so I love getting cash back for stuff I need. I've never experienced a problem using Ibotta.
I found missed items I purchased. I resubmitted my receipt and clicked the missing items. Earned my rewards within seconds! Easy!

I didn't get my cash back because my receipt was print out from my email. It's an online order, How else was I supposed to get a receipt from Walgreens online pickup for my air wick started kit?

Recently I haven't found much to select so I forgot to look at the list before shopping. I went to Redners and after I got home the app warned me that O hadn't taken advantage of an offer. This was a nice amount of $ to save. Thank you!

The sumo oranges I buy are not being credited to my account. I want to scan my receipts not have Ibotta do it. I have no control over my account when Ibotta does the scan.
I am shopping for certain qualifying items in the store and those items ARE on the list. Buy the said items. To be noted—-there is not a "time clock" symbol listed next to these items so there's no indication that the offers are going to be expiring soon. Get the receipt and go to upload on the iB app and then some of those items are no longer on my "cash back" list! And the chat bot will not let me open a support ticket. This happened TWICE yesterday and I am not happy about it.
It was somewhat difficult to find the correct way to contact a representative for help. Once a ticket was submitted through the chat process, the issue was resolved in a matter of hours. Thank you!

I use to love this app, now it seems sneaky. It will all the sudden take offers off at stores it was once on. You have to now check and recheck that it is still at a store.
Because of the way the store had entered information on a product into its system. It did not say the name of the product and when I scanned the receipt I bought I did not recognize it. All it took was me sending an email explaining exactly what happened and it was quickly accepted, and the money put onto my account. This has happened a couple of times and they are always so fast to take care of the problem and communicate back-and-forth with me. Very helpful.

I've been an Ibotta user since 2013. When I run into a problem they quickly resolve it! I love using Ibotta and will continue to do so!

I've had issues a few times getting cash back on offers only at stores where you have to enter a linked loyalty number and not at stores where you scan the receipt. Many times the store doesn't know how to enter the number properly, but each issue I've had Ibotta was quick to assist and resolve the issue.

Well I had inadvertently sent a link for a product to the Ibotta help desk. I'm sure confusion was probably the first thing that was going through the mind on the other end, however they were kind enough to replay that they needed more information instead of ignoring my obvious mistake. I let them know I was embarrassed to have accidentally sent that in error.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
