A month ago(2nd review down) as I made that post, Tom Parker supposedly program director of HireMyTeam contacted me directly to bribe me about removing my one-star post or my project will not be resumed. As you can see I didn't remove it; once again HireMyTeam gave me their words that they will in fact rebuilt trust and work on my project, in matter fact the 1st week after talking to him, someone reach out stated being my project manager, gave me a full verbal plan of how the project will be resume and when they will wrap up which was to be by the end of August. But guess what, once again they disappointed me and I regret to have once again trusted and let them manipulate me. They have not deliver anything about what was said. And as in today 6 months later, they have their money in their pockets and making false claims of services. They refuse to process refund and I found out that about 230+ other customers are going through the same painful process of paying thousands of thousands to this company and their services are not being rendered. The company even took down their official website and remove all access that customers had on Monday and a system they last resorted to, call Troy(as they claimed the communication will be smoother but yet they never answer your message or answer plainly to a request not specific to your personal project). I am disappointed and is unable to process how people can be cruel becoming rich with other's people work hard earned money. Making false claims of services, working in dishonesty, not trustworthy, fraudulent. I am a current customer and I'm dissatisfied with HireMyTeam. It's going into 5 months since I've signed a contract with HireMyTeam for a 45 days project timeline, Platinum Package with an already built website and all they needed to do was add 1000 products to Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Facebook Marketplace, e-commerce store and do marketing. They only added 490 products on eBay and got a new theme on the website with a blurry logo(unprofessional). Products are not appealing to customers like they should, majority of the products were based in the China unlike what they said. They never added the products on Amazon and Bonanza as I pay 3 months of those subscriptions for no reason and did not even put the products on FB marketplace either. At first it was all good you know when Chin C. Started telling me the project was moving along and asking me to create the different account and gave permission to HireMyTeam to put the products but all of the sudden, I found them to be more interested of me paying the rest of my balance for the platinum package and sent me emails saying they will pause my project if I didn't pay. I went and payed them in full hoping that will get them to move faster. But what happened is they stopped working on my project. They never completed the changes I requested to do on my website or review my logo. When I check the platform Monday, there were no progress reported and my payment was said to be partial even after I payed them in full. They stopped contacting me and when I started to reach out they told me that my project manager got change as the new one told me by June 30th everything should be done and heading to start marketing. Since I noticed they had never done anything or even contacted me then I called them as they now told me that they are using a different platform for communication call Troy and that I needed to contact them on there. I understood you know they are going through changes but then I realized they have taken advantage of my patience and kindness because they never reached out to me like they said they would inform me every week of my project and when I called them no one is ever around to answer me or even attempt to contact me. As they ask to send ticket to Troy I had send several tickets and no one ever contacted me or reply to them. To this day there is still NO PROGRESS. NO CONTACT from HireMyTeam. They don't know how to build trust with their customers.
