Excellent customer service!

I have been using Simple.biz for over six years now and have interacted with several managers in that time.
Without question, Reid has been outstanding in his responsiveness to my needs. Reid is very customer focused and service oriented.

My interactions with Reid have always been positive and he always has good incites to share and product offerings that are well suited for today's market. I appreciate his quick responses to my emails, and he never seems rushed to get off the phone when I want to have a quick chat about my website.

If you are looking for an edge to take your business to the next level as well as (and this is important) a website host/manager that actually listens to your needs, then I recommend giving him a call. He will work with you to meet your business marketing challenges head-on. Thx, Reid!

We have never done business with their company, but we asked at least 8-9 employees 15 different times to stop calling us. I asked to speak to a sales/ branch manager, and they said they can only take your number and have them reach out. This has been ongoing for months and I have still not heard from any manager so I could only imagine how terrible their customer service is.

Always Responsive, always helpful

I had called Simple.biz twice and went online asking for someone to get in touch with me regarding my website. It really needs updating and SEO help. No one ever got in touch with me. So I called again today and finally got put in touch with Adrian. He was helpful and we discussed some things that need to be done.
I hope that Adrian will take care of this for me. I'm giving him a good review today but it could possibly move to excellent review after we do some things to help my website.
I will state that I am not happy that no one ever got back in touch with me!
