I purchase a hair clipper from this seller "Personal Care Appliances Store" and from day one it did not work properly. After less then a month it quit working, because of a stripped gear. The store is not honoring its warranty and refuses to refund. As with many chinese sellers he uses the send me a video of the problem. I send him photos and he refuses to accept them. Thus he is selling cheap broken items and does not honor warranties.
