All my parcels were received and, when needed, repacked into a single package, shipped quickly, and delivered. I always received everything in good condition.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it.

I'm based in Mexico and needed to receive a vinyl record that was only available for delivery within the UK. The item arrived at their warehouse, where it was carefully received, inspected, and repacked at my request for extra protection before being shipped internationally.

What really stood out was the level of transparency throughout the process. Every step, from arrival at the warehouse to dispatch, was clearly documented in the system, including photos. This allowed me to track everything with confidence and gave me complete peace of mind, especially considering the nature of the item.

Everything arrived safely and exactly as expected. Excellent experience from start to finish.

They help us when i deleted by mistake the order at the middle of the night and panick. They Bring as a very good service. It was really esasy and really fast. And they help us with our technical problems.

I wanted to order something from Amazon.co.uk which did not have the option to be directly delivered to Germany. After having the package delivered to my forward2me inbox they quickly reviewed it and stored it a few days.
When sending it to Germany I got the notification my package would have to go through a repacking process in order to be sent due to its abnormal shape (a rectangular booklet type package). The packaged finally arrived but was in the same packaging that it originally was delivered, except it had some additional paper filling in order to protect my items. In the end I didn't mind and the extra charge was very small but I didn't quite understand it. Everything arrived in a great condition. Overall very satisfied, will definitely use again in the future.

It was the first time using the service, so I had tons of queations one might seem as ' complainig' and ' this is a heavy customer'. The team was constantly professional, timely and supportive. Providing guidance I did not follow at the very beginning since it was a new process for me and I had tons of questions I needed answer to. But I got the support I needed. Kudos to the team. As a result I will use the service again.

The service was very bad and very expensive, and I am completely dissatisfied with using it because they charge me over 150 % over the item price and another service give me a cheaper price

Very easy to use, the entire process went very smoothly. My combined package was very professionally and securely packed. I ordered very fragile items and the all arrived in perfect condition to the other side of the world. The shipping prices are a bit harsh, but that's how it is everywhere these days.

Simply put. I had three orders cancelled as a result. Losing shipping costs along the way. The service generally works unless when it doesn't.

I've been using Forward2me's services for a long time. I never had a bad experience. The customer service is super helpful if there is an issue.

This was the first forwarding service I ever used and its easily the best one in my opinion. I used many forwarding services and most of them are either unreliable, too expensive or literally most importantly shady- there are a lot of bad ones out there, most are questionable at best to be honest, this one however has never caused me any troubles and its probably one of the most transparent ones out there, you always know what's going on with your package at any time and all the prices for everything are laid out clearly for you. They don't keep you in the dark and importantly the service is also fast, not something I can say about all forwarding services. The only issue I can think of for this service and its the ONLY reason I had to look into other forwarding services over the years is the fact that they don't have warehouses in that many locations, its unfortunate but it would be great if they had more warehouses across Europe and USA, if they had more of those in more places I think I would honestly be only using this service for forwarding. Overall, great service, I have been using it for years now and its always been good and most importantly this one is EASILY the least shady of all the forwarding services, its one of the safest options out there.
