This was the first forwarding service I ever used and its easily the best one in my opinion. I used many forwarding services and most of them are either unreliable, too expensive or literally most importantly shady- there are a lot of bad ones out there, most are questionable at best to be honest, this one however has never caused me any troubles and its probably one of the most transparent ones out there, you always know what's going on with your package at any time and all the prices for everything are laid out clearly for you. They don't keep you in the dark and importantly the service is also fast, not something I can say about all forwarding services. The only issue I can think of for this service and its the ONLY reason I had to look into other forwarding services over the years is the fact that they don't have warehouses in that many locations, its unfortunate but it would be great if they had more warehouses across Europe and USA, if they had more of those in more places I think I would honestly be only using this service for forwarding. Overall, great service, I have been using it for years now and its always been good and most importantly this one is EASILY the least shady of all the forwarding services, its one of the safest options out there.

The process was quick, the instructions were easy to follow, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was a bit unsure at first since I hadn't used a parcel forwarding service before, but I'm really glad I chose Forward2me. Their service exceeded my expectations.

The whole process is automated and easy to use. I had to return some merchandise in the UK before processing the shipping over to US - and I never contacted the customer service. Returns and 30 days of parcel storage are free! I shipped my parcel for a reasonable price, and received it on time. Highly recommend!

The service worked well for me, even with the recent issues with tariffs. Jaime at the UK location was very helpful, and followed up when I had questions.

My experience with Forward2me has been very positive. The registration process is simple, and they quickly assign you a UK address to receive your purchases. Shipments are managed clearly from the dashboard, with consolidation options that help save on shipping costs. Communication is good, and forwarding times have been reasonable. As an area for improvement, some fees can be a bit high depending on the weight, but overall, it's a reliable and practical service for buying from stores that don't ship to your country.

Despite package being clearly labelled with Customer ID, item was still left unprocessed for a week. So you don't get notified about this you need to chase it up yourself with the tracking number. But no - you need to send in an email not just fill out a form.

They were great before covid but these days i have problems with every package. They open shipments and peak inside, sometimes they mess your stuff and some items get lost or damaged. And you have to pay 3 punds per repacking.

Slow communication, to solve any issue to answers that mostly don't help nothing. Princing calculator is a costumer catcher, your shipping costs will be at least more than double and giving you half of shipping options. Have everything to can be a good company, but interest in take you out most money possible is their expertise. Good luck

Needed to bypass some strict shipping restrictions on UK clothing brands to get them to Japan. Forward2Me sorted it out perfectly.
