I placed my order, they confirmed it ASAP. They kept me in the loop as to the shipping status. They informed me when it was out for delivery and confirmed the delivery. They did 100% of what they said they would do on-time. It may seem small, but it was huge for me!

I recently went on a snowboarding trip to Breckenridge Colorado and decided I needed all new gear. Bought some new stuff from evo as soon as I got home. Some stuff wasn't the right size (my own fault) but the exchange process is quick and easy. I will definitely be ordering from evo again and anyone trying to decide, they are a great company.

I ordered some Union Atlas bindings on evo march 5, they told me it would get here the 17th. No biggie, I figured I wouldn't snowboard anymore anyways, but they get delivered on the 10th, allowing me to go to closing day at my local resort. Amazing service and delivery time

Ordering and shipping was easy and prompt. I was so happy to find the North Face 1/4 zip in the beautiful color my granddaughter requested. However she was so disappointed to find that the sleeves came half way up her arms. She is tall but this is her normal size. It's going to be returned unfortunately.

The dad hat was well priced, looks good and most importantly, now have a good reason to tell the ladies to "come to daddy" lol

These boots are way smaller than they should be. I've had Lange 25.5 boots for years and years, these are too small for my feet.
And unfortunately on final sale. Hopefully I can find a 10 year old who wants to go skinning to donate them to.

I purchased my things more than a week ago, and they havent arrrived yet, just the skis. Im leaving the country in a few weeks so I choose the option to recivie them in 4 - 8 days at the Evo store, but im still waiting. Its been like 1 week and a half since I bought them

I'm a dad buying snowboarding and skiing gear for my family and myself. No complaints. Good brands, products, prices, etc arrived in timely manner and in good shape/packaging. Had to cancel and reorder one order. Contacted help desk. Everything was handled well all around. No complaints. One of the legit sites I can trust for this kind of stuff.

This is probably my daughter's 5th Patagonia down jacket. She wears them to death, then we pass on to her slightly smaller friend as they hold up so well. Perfect weight and the XXL is quite a bit larger than the XL so she will get plenty of use out of this new one. The light blue color is really pretty and quality is top notch. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend.

We have been going to evo for most of our ski/snowboard needs for years. They have great customer service and are always helpful. On this day I ordered a backpack online and went in-person to pick it up. The staff was helpful and grabbed the package for me despite me not yet having confirmation that it was ready to pickup. I will be back.

I bought a pair of skis you said were in stock and discounted heavily. I was then told that you actually didn't have said skis and offered me a coupon presumably which can only be used on full priced items and was only 20% off.
Customer Care #*******. How about 20% off any item whether it is already discounted or not. That would be fair. It was your mistake.

First day wearing this jacket and it was put to the test. I rode in a constant rain the entire day and everything was bone dry underneath at the end of the day. Fast shipping from EVO. I'm very happy with this purchase!
