This booking was the worse hotel booking I've ever experienced. The rep provided me false and misleading information that lead to me booking a room somewhere I couldn't stay after I ask if I could get an immediate room there. I was also denied a refund after the reps inadequate service. Deserving of zero stars.
AI could not accurately confirm my credit card numbers or any numbers. When I asked to speak to a representative, she said she could help me and then hung up on me. We are coming with the Inferno dance company and I could not even get one of the reserved rooms. She wouldn't listen to what I wanted and ended up giving me things I didn't want like no room protection. Terrible experience checking in. Terrible!

The front desk assistant Yesenia was not just courteous but kind! She helped us check in quickly and efficiently and early so that we could sleep (we drove all night to reach a Chicago hospital in a family emergency). It was a blessing. The room was perfect for my wheelchair bound husband and clean and roomy. All good here!
I originally had called because I had a question about the different rooms. Jonathan was able to answer my question right away with no hesitation and get me set up in a room with no problems.

I made a reservation at the Valley Inn through Jose Ivan who was very professional and made it an extremely easy process. I knew the type of room I wanted and he immediately gave me the options. He was great to work with.
Bookonline overcharges room fees, handling fees, unwanted trip insurance, and you have to prepay. Then they charge you for a one night cancellation fee when you do cancel. You are caught in this web of horror because they appear at the top of internet searches and look like the actual hotel site.
I asked you directly if I was contacting the Hotel directly and you said "yes" You are not an employee of the Baymont by Wyndham hotel. You are with an outside company. You did not tell me about the cancellation fee. This is highway robbery charging for one full night. I should have at least a 24 hour cancellation with no fees. I have never heard of a cancellation fee in this amount. Shame on this company. I am cancelling and asking for my full refund of $501.93. Thank you Mrs. Delfie Danner
I didn't even know I booked through someone other than the hotel. Booking agent didn't tell me there was a $50 fee to bring a pet.
I was booking a reservation for my daughter who is attending a conference in Pittsburgh. The person handling the reservation was extremely professional and very helpful. My credit card and my husbands credit card were blocked by Barclays for potential fraud. Marielle was extremely patient and helpful. I had lost m patience way before her. We finally found a payment method that worked. It was about 45 minutes. Thank you for wonderful people like her
I made a reservation with Mario at the Hyatt in North Canton, Ohio. He told me that if I called 24 hours before the check in date I would receive 100% refund. I asked him 2 times and he fumbled and told me yes. Well the confirmation email came when he and I were still on the phone and I read that he was wrong on the cancellation policy. I started to tell him what I was reading and he hung up on me. Now I am stuck with a booking that I am unsure of. Very disappointed and very skeptical of your system. This was wrong on his part!

Evelyn did a great job helping me get a room booked at Pinn Road Inn. She listened to what I wanted and repeated everything back to make sure it was correct. She listed a request I wanted for a certain room and put that in her notes.

It took over an hour and 22 mins to make a reservation for your hotel and then they changed it to another hotel that I didn't want to go to. It was a mess and I should have just canceled the whole thing. They didn't give me any discounts or credits or nothing. They did nothing for me and I should just cancel the whole thing but I want to go but I don't think I'll ever stay here again because of the way I was treated. If the hotel is not clean and the staff is not courteous, I will never stay there again and I go there all the time. I just found this hotel and I can't even stay there. They made me change hotels and I didn't even want to. I should have just stopped and got a different hotel but I hung in there for an hour and 22 minutes for them to change my reservations. I was pissed Everett Gustafson please give me a credit or discount please. Thank you.
I thought I was speaking to the hotel, not realizing I was talking to a call center. I asked Jennifer if the room was available right now when I called. I told her it was imperative that I get the room now she assured me that it was available and she put a note in the file saying I was coming now. Only when my son got there, the hotel said there were no rooms available they were sold out. He gave them the confirmation number and they said that that room was not available right now. He said they would cancel the reservation on their end, but they could not issue a refund because the reservation was made through a call center not the hotel. The service is a total scam. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card because your company lied to me.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
