Horrible experience the agent did not disclose. They were third-party. I thought I was calling the hotel directly they also didn't tell me that I was pre-paying for my hotel stay. Once I got an alert from my bank I immediately called and cancel my reservation. I better not get charged any penalties or fees when I didn't end up calling the hotel directly I was able to save over $400 on my Booking never will use something like this again and they need to be forthright and not deceptive when sharing who you're booking with

Total miscommunication! Joyce did not meet my expectations! She miscommunicated to me she understood about a group booking that I needed but that did not happen! We went back and forth with cancellation policy which led me to believe I could cancel in which she verbally told me I could but could not confirm through email! Now I have a outstanding balance on credit card under review

Due to a flight delay my child and her young family needed to be able to stay overnight and near the airport. Jorge Alexis very professionally helped me make a reservation for them. Now I don't need to worry about them in their time of need. They are also thankful for an easy solution.

Reservation was made. Cancelation was not explained at time of making my reservation. I called to cancel due to not being able to attend our event in. Lakeland. When I called to cancel a different agent told me I would be penalized for canceling before 2-20-2026. Not a good experience.
Proceeded to charge my credit card while I was explaining I did not have authorization to travel yet. Now they have to review what they've entered and it will take 2 to 10 business days to restore the money to my credit card.

Bookonline.com is a scam site. Their reservations are phony. And even if you cancel immediately after booking, they refuse to refund. Their phone numbers go nowhere - even hung up on me. Reporting them to the FBI.
