After having 2 different blind companies out to my house- I was not happy with their quotes. Very high.
One company had my husband measure the windows. So, I thought if we have the measurements, and my husband can hang them I will look online. Matthew at Blinds.com was very helpful and helped me determine wand side. The blinds came quickly (less than 2 weeks) and fit perfect. Very happy with this order! Will be replacing more in the future...

I ordered ten sets of cordless textured white blinds in custom sizes. I received the blinds on time and all parts were available. The instructions were easy to follow. I didn't need to reinstall the brackets because I was replacing existing blinds and the brackets were in great condition. All of the blinds fit my windows perfectly. The measurements were accurate. It made for a quick and easy swap.
This is my second time purchasing from blinds.com for two different homes. I had a great experience both times. Even though it has been more than ten years since my first purchase the quality is still great. Blinds.com will always be my first choice for blinds.

I really liked the hexagon head on the screws, which make it easier to screw into the wall using a hex drill bit
They made it easy from start to finish. I just logged in and entered my information, chose color and style, then hit the order button. Once it arrived I opened the box and checked out the mounting instructions. I Ioved the easy to place and mount the brackets. You just mount the brackets and the blinds just nap into place.
Did not appreciate that Blinds.com subcontracts to Home Depot and does not identify that supplier. Home Depot intentionally shipped damaged hardware knowingly. My experience with blinds.com was very good and promptly replaced the damaged items.

It was easy to find what we wanted on the website, and the results of our measurements were accurate. The three blinds were easy to install and look good. The shade, a woven blackout shade, however, is poorly designed, and the installation instructions were bad. We would have returned it, but we had drilled holes and done too much work to go back. This was our second experience with Blinds.com, and the first disappointment.
Super pleased with everything about working with Blinds.com. Their instructions on making measurements accurate resulted in everything being perfectly sized. I ordered 4 blinds total, 2 smaller, 1 medium, and 1 large, and it said they were going to arrive in two shipments, but they actually all arrived on the same day - the earlier of the two listed delivery dates - so that was great. Installation was easy - removing the attachments for the 25-year-old blinds that came with my house was much more difficult than installing the new blinds. I'm considering getting blinds for more windows, and if I do, I'm not even looking at any competitors - Blinds.com all the way!
Love being able to really get specific
I really like these wood shades. Cordless is super nice. They are expensive but well made. Others I purchased look just as good as new after many years of use. Many styles to choose from. They are very easy to install. I am a repeat customer.

Site not as easy as it should be for a 1st time shopper. When researching for approx manufacturing lead times, the site references Christmas delays even though Christmas was long gone. So after ordering, spending a small fortune on 1 small roll blind, and paying for the blind, I finally get an ETA & it was over a month out. If I'd known that I would have ordered elsewhere. Because they were closed, I could not call & cancel. When I called, they would not allow cancellation. Ship date moved further & further out 3 times. Product was nice, but not $300 worth for a tiny blind. I will never order from blinds.com again.
Purchased three blinds. First the color was more beige than grey, I picked a grey. Next I ordered the cord for up and down operation, the cord was only about 6 inches long and as these windows were a little higher than normal I could not operate the blinds without standing on a chair. Ok, so I contacted customer service, they ordered my longer cords... GREAT, actually not so great! The new cord assemblies do NOT WORK with the blinds. They are very different from the ones that came with the blinds and NO instructions on how to install on the blinds. Actually I don't believe they can be.
We have ordered blinds multiple times over the years from Blinds.com. They have always been good quality blinds. They are easy to install and look great. And always reasonably priced. We had an issue with one blind a few years ago and customer service quickly resolved the issue very satisfactorily. I highly recommend Blinds. Com for your window covering needs.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
