The entire process was explained well on the website from how to measure to types of blinds and mechanism to raise and lower them. The fabric is beautiful and I really appreciate the ability to order samples for free…. It allowed me to touch and see the fabric so I could make a better choice.
I have the motorized version and love how quiet the motor is when moving up and down. I am now looking to repeat the process in another room.
We purchased and had delivered and you installed the shades for 16 windows. That went really well.
Then we ordered a shade for our kitchen window in late February and we still haven't received it. That order got hung up in Memphis for over 3 weeks. We contacted Blinds.com services and they reordered the shade for the kitchen window. We're still waiting for delivery. The current shipping location for our shade is Memphis again. Cord on this one keeps "catching" and the threads are fraying, likely breaking

I ordered new cordless miniblinds to replace my old worn out blinds. Ordering was easy. Blinds arrived in a timely manner and were EXACTLY the size I ordered. I installed them myself and they look great and refreshed the look of my windows. The cordless feature works beautifully and no ugly dangling cords.
