The Maui Jim sunglasses are great! The sunglass case that came with it is too small and won't stay closed with the sunglasses in it. I call Maui Jim customer service and he acknowledged the issue and apologized but they don't make a larger case.

I broke my frames that were the exact same pair, but paid over $200 in store for them. I was so upset that I would potentially have to drop that kind of money again, but found these for a fraction of the price! Shipping was as promised and they're exactly what I anticipated. Came across this website while in search of a watch. It was interesting. The prices are more reasonable than other companies that I saw with the same merchandise. Ordering was easy.
Purchasing was easy. Shipping took much longer than expected and did not require a signature. For an expensive item and all the package theft company should really ship with signature required. Item was broken out of the box and I contacted Ashford for return RMA. Instructions said they'd get back to me in 2 business days. Today is day number 4. Still no reply.
