Agent was patient and polite. The ticket pricing was also affordable and hje was able to find flights where the layovers were very short.

Mr Punay at ASAP took my call, and after about an hour, when he had taken my travel information, and dealt with all my queries, and offered me all my options, and dug up every possible discount available to him, we finished to my satisfaction, up to and including booking flights and hotel room, and paying with my card.
