Lang worked hard to get me the best fare. I just don't like all the paperwork needed and add on fees for follow up service I would expect to be included in cost of ticket.

One thing is annoying with all non direct ways of purchasing tickets is live increase of fare. Hades though (agent) was very nice and took good care of me. I'd look for him again on my next purchase.

I did finish paying for our tickets but after roughly 3 hours, I haven't received our e-tickets that's why I have to call the ITN number and they contacted my agent and expedite the issuance of my tickets. I don't have any complaints about my agent, it's just he needs to focus on proper channelling of communication. No matter how busy you are, a quick email or a voice mail would be enough for me. In the end, it was all good and everything was done. Thanks ASAP for taking care of our flight itinerary.
