Upon purchasing a new refrigerator with a water filter system I looked to find a company that supplied the filter I required at a reasonable price! AllFilters.com! Wouldn't think to switch suppliers. Order is always shipped promptly, product excellent, I generally order in multiples of 3 to receive free shipping... and am sent email reminders for replacement filters on a time frame I select.
I have ordered several times (6 years now) and have found the quality great and love the free shipping. I will continue to shop here.

I've made a few orders from All Filters at this point. My unit has an unusual filter size of 19.875 x 21.5 x 1 so I appreciate how many options this site carries for that size.
However, on the "thank you for your order" page that displays after placing an order, it feels unfriendly. When I see this text: " Your order includes at least one made-to-order item. All made-to-order items take 2-3 business days to ship. The processing time was clearly stated on the product page above the description." I understand why you say it, because I'm sure you've gotten orders where people didn't read the info page and then complained that their custom order was going to take a couple extra days. However, for those of us that know what we're doing and well aware it's an unusual/custom size, the "this was clearly stated...", feels... I don't know... degrading? It comes across like it's saying, "hey, we realize you're really dumb, so I'm sure you didn't read the other page and are going to complain to us that your order is taking too long."
Anyway, that's just a minor nitpick. I'll still use the site to make my filter purchases, even if my ego gets broken every time I place an order. :)
Price was right but filters do not fit. Cannot properly close panel. Big box similar filter fit properly. These filter are a shade too big. Definitely will not buy again as I cannot return.
