I re-ordered my filters since I was going to run out. However, this time they weren't packaged as well. Before the filters came neatly boxed in the big box. This time they were loose and in a jumble inside one big box. The product is still the same and good. They decided to save money on packaging.

I've been using these filters for over a year, changing every 3-months. I was not able to find the Dupont filters I had used in the past and these filters are of equal quality at a better price.
I've been searching for the original Dupont WFPFC3002 whole house filter but it seems to be out of stock everywhere. I did a Google search and found the All Filters web site. Your filters appear to be the same material and 20 micron rating as the Dupont filters at a much better price.

Please make tax exemption an option for online orders. I've been told to call for tax exempt purchases. I tried. Had to leave a message. Nobody called me back. I tried again at a later time. All reps busy. Pain in the butt.
It would be great if you could set up our account to automatically apply tax exemption when we order. Having to call in an order to get tax exemption isn't as convenient as simply placing an online order. Other venders do it. I would think you can too. Thanks.
