For Belgium their customer service is stationed in Casablanca Morocco. At NCC/NewCo.

This is a company with an extremely toxic environment and NO communication at all. Both from NCC/NewCo side as WorldLine side.
Furthermore the strict #Covid-19 rules from the Moroccan government aren't kept in the office in Casablanca. And, you will not get paid when leaving the country because it goes by cheque and they are not wiling to help you out here when you have left the country before the cheques are proceeded. There isn't a more toxic company than this one.
As I will not get paid I really can not care less about what is happening with the company in Morocco. When the government will close it down due to not following the rules... That is how it is when you not follow the rules.

I use Ebay and Paypal to buy a lot of stuff.
One of the features that I like of ebay is the cart, where you can save the items you want to buy and pay all in once, so it´s easy to buy many small things in once.

When I use that feature Wordline blocks my mastercard. Their reasoning is: ¨multiply transaction to chinese sellers seem suspicious¨.

Really annoying, I am considering switching to visa.

A few years ago when we first offered a payment terminal to our customers, we wanted to test the system for use. Having transferred tens of dollars to our own account, found that not to be transferred to our account. The money was nowhere to be found. After calling several times and mailing, nothing happened. Bank statements and their own documents that the transactions were indeed did happen, but after years, we still see no money...
Now we also want to deliver goods to our customers home and there also want to offer the possibility to pay electronically, we submitted a request to activate an additional portable device. After 4 weeks, this is still not okay.
Such long activation times are not of today.
