Was having trouble finding someone to repair my vintage Wakmann Triple Date Chronograph and Watch Repairs USA not only fixed the watch but rebuilt, rebalanced and calibrated this remarkable timepiece. The watch is keeping chronometer time.

Turn around REPAIR time was excellent and the watch on his return packaging was excellent. My Seco is now working again after the battery has been replaced.

I sent in a watch to have a sub dial hand reattached. The repair cost more than the watch is worth. I felt scammed. Apparently, there is much more to simply reattaching the hand.

My husband bought me a $2,300 Fendi watch as a retirement gift on a Caribbean Cruise. I had the battery replaced by a professional jeweler during the first five years. After that, it quit working. After taking my watch to several jewelers, I searched online and found Watch Repairs USA. It did take several months to get my watch back and I spent over $350, but my watch has worked perfectly for an entire year. I hope to send it back to them for battery replacement when needed and hope they won't charge a return customer a ridiculous amount.

Customer service was A++++. My watch was delivered safe and well packaged and it looked great! Everything was great! Appraisal was fast and repair was quick.

Seiko watch rebuild, watch wouldn't keep battery life, computer bad. Parts, labor shipping all cost less than replacement cost. Extremely satisfied with services provided. DAK

My 38 year old Seiko needed some repairs that were beyond our local repair shop. Watch Repairs was able to get it running again and it's been fine for the 10 months or so since the repair. I was skeptical that they could do it but they did. It's not a valuable watch-mostly sentimental value-but they treated it like it was a valuable specimen. And it was ready before the schedule date. Good work all around.

I sent 2 watches to be repaired. After receiving them back from Watch Repair - one of the watches worked for only a few months. I tried a new battery- that was not the problem. Very disappointed!

All repairs completed, well done. Maintenance of stem wear time pieces does have costs it is not free.
