Prompt delivery and seems to be good quality equipment, the sump pump works as expected I haven't installed the hoist yet but my son in law has one and he says it works as expected.

I purchased a pneumatic style air jack for my engine cherry picker. L received it last Friday. I immediately installed it because l needed to transport my motor! It didn't not work so after numorous messages back and forth l was told l would be contacted within 2-3 day's now on the fourth day not a Word about my "Junk" pneumatic style Jack Cylinder. REDICLIOUS

Always a blast shopping with Vevor. Seems like every product they developed are well thought of. From design and quality of product are all top notch. I have bought a few items now and will be buying more. Everything feels robust and customer service are very knowledgeable and empathetic.

I purchased the Vevor garden hose reel last year and I'm still very pleased with the product heavy duty return spring easy to roll out!

Minimal assembly and charged the battery. Used the basic fan tip and sprayed around the house. Worked as it should. Would recommend it to anyone.

I have purchased many products from vevor and am very pleased with most everything I have gotten from them and seem to have very good costumer service as well, and all there products is very well packaged, vevor has many good quality's for the price.

I never received my auger fedex claim it was delivered and it wasn't this is the second time this has happened at this point I am not sure that I will be ordering anything else because of this kind of problem I like the products but it's no good if they come up missing during delivery on 3/5//26 at 1:33 pm. They may have delivered but not to my home or any of our neighbors. What's so hard to have the delivery driver go back to to where they delivered and take a picture of the home they delivered to?

Arrived within 2 days after placing order. Does what reviews say. Broke up concrete steps in about 4 hours use. Excellent customer service. Thanks Vevor.

Got the package early easy to put together seems like a good sturdy trailer really like the swivel dump also that's a nice touch

Generally speaking the produrs are very good. Reasonable prices. Sometimes the item doesn't arrive as promised.( but that is a little detail nothing mayor)

I've just had the camera that a camera lens on a long tube to look into miter cylinders so far it's great I put a penny in a dark jug and we put the probe in and saw the penny very plain.

I've made an order and after a few days in which this China company provided me a tracking number and I saw that the pack has been returned to the warehouse from which was sent nothing happened and I received only promises... Could be a scam company which don't respect their customers and take the money without providing nothing! Only silence!
They took the money and after this... they don't care about you!

DANGEROUS FACTORY DEFECT — DO NOT BUY

I cannot believe this bike passed any kind of quality control. The front brake caliper was mounted on the WRONG SIDE of the fork straight out of the box. Not slightly misaligned — completely wrong side. This is not an assembly error on my part, this is a factory defect on a safety-critical component. The brake assembly on the wrong side of the fork causes two MAJOR RISK TO LIFE Issues: One, the pedal will come into contact with the front wheel at the right turn of the wheel. Two, the fork angle of the front tire to the front tire fork is incorrect and risks the tire coming off! This bike could have seriously injured or killed someone. Brakes are not optional. They are not a minor detail. They are the difference between stopping safely and ending up under a car. The fact that this left a warehouse and was shipped to a customer in this condition is absolutely unacceptable. Vevor is selling a 21-speed Shimano road bike as a quality commuter and sport bicycle and can't even mount the brakes correctly. Save your money. Buy from a brand that actually inspects their products before shipping a potential death trap to unsuspecting customers. Inspect every inch of this bike before you ride it — especially the brakes. Don't assume anything was assembled correctly because clearly nobody at Vevor does.
Email and chat customer service... No response. Unbelievable.

My order was delivered next day which was not expected. I've never experienced a problem with ordering from Vevor and will certainly continue to do so.

I needed a breaker for a prand for a bit more ($40) of the cost to rent one Vevor had a sale that I could buy one. Shipping was fast and the product great.
Its a quality breaker ( demo concrete hammer/ jack hammer) for the price and will get the job done

We ordered a 3200W concrete saw - was sent a 2600W saw with the box/saw clearly marked 2600W. Sent email - sent requested photos - used their "chat" feature... nothing. Just kept asking for more photos. Believe all customer service is AI generated. We decided to keep the product we received even thought it was not right but will not be ordering from this company again.

Web page was easy to navigate. Ordering was simple and easy. SUPER FAST delivery... wasn't expecting that. Product seems of good quality... I haven't assembled or used it yet. Overall well pleased at this point.

I ordered 2 beehive, one arrived with broken parts. I immediately notified Vevor. They are making me jump through a lot of unnecessary hoops. In fact, they continue to send messages requesting information that I sent in the original notification. Things like pictures of the box, pictures of the broken parts, pictures of the instructions book... all of that was sent in my very first message. Seems like Vevor keeps asking for additional things in hopes. I will stop asking them to correct this issue. I likely will never deal with Vevor again because of the way they handle things when they don't go perfect.

I purchased a welder for an important weekend project, it was delivered damaged. I explained in the chat that I needed a replacement asap and I would be willing to purchase another one and wait on a return authorization because of my immediate need. They told me it would take 24-48 hours, they then offered me a 30 dollar discount. This is an electrical device and I cannot, nor would I want to guess how damaged it was. I could have explained this all if there was a number to call! Now I just need you to send me return instructions since I have now purchased 2 units.
