The packages arrived in great shape and the bottles inside were very securely wrapped... The boxes for the bottles were also included as requested. Overall just an awesome experience... Found a beer that I'd been looking for for weeks. Shipping was quick, communication prompt. When a second order could have been complicated, they anticipated it and made it super easy. My now go to online shop for special beers.
First time with craft beer shoppe. After searching for specific craft brews online I was very fortunate to come across the Craft Beer Shoppe site. I found exactly what I was looking for. After placing my order I found additional Bottle Logic items that I wanted to try and it only took an email to have the items added to my order. They even made a recommendation on the West Coast IPA and I couldn't have been happier with the selection! Very satisfied with my experience!
Really great selection and everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping prices are what they are, but it was the 'hacking' of the order system and inability to connect with a live person that was a pain. I attempted to put in a large order originally (18ish bottles/cans mixed?) any was only able to get it through by putting it in as 3 separate orders. I'd tried contacting CBS using both the email on the site and a different one on my Paypal receipt, but never heard back. I had to figure the system out for myself and it took some trial-and-error to get my order through. I'll use them in the future now that I've figured it out though. One $30+ bottle did arrive with a leak and I'd suggest if they ship out of state that they electric tape caps on bottles, but it held most of the carbonation and the rest of their packaging was stellar. 3 packages, 18ish bottles and cans, one leak on a 2-3 year old stout? I'm willing to risk it again.
Bought some Bottle Logic stouts that felt impossible to get without paying an arm and a leg in secondary. Good price. Quick shipping. Highly recommend.

All things went as well as they possibly could've, ordered beer online, received tracking the day before it shipped, it was delivered the day it was supposed to. They even email personally to thank me for my order, it was nice to see a fairly limited beer at a reasonable price, thanks and will be doing business again.
