Worst game company ever.
You have to spend $1000 to get the bonus. Really crazy they are. Don't play with them.

Thieves hiding behind T's and C's to steal people's earned free bets as their system error's are apparently a customer's fault and a custoner must take responsibility for their system not activating the promotion when a qualifying deposit and wager is made! They emailed a promotion stating that if a user deposits €40 and wagers the amount 1x, they will receive a €40 free bet. I did so, and no free bet was given. Then they have a hidden clause in the T&Cs stating that if the deposit and wagering does not get activated by the system automatically, it cannot be manually added. So pretty much telling a customer "when our system makes an error, we blame you and you lose out HAHA"!

They make it absolutely impossible for you to withdrawal without sending invative documents. They need a copy of your license and copies of your bank statements with your personal banking information including your bank account number just to withdrawl. No

First, i won $1k on my first deposit and then they forfeited my winning because of the bonus they gave me which i didn't sign up for. And told me i breached the bonus rules, 2nd i didn't sign up for any bonuses and won again $500. Then another thing came up during account vefification saying that i cannot used anyones bank account. SCAM!

I won $11,000 on one of their slot games using a bonus they offered upon deposit. When I tried to withdraw $8,000 of it, I got a response that I was in breach of the max bet for the bonus and they pulled back all winnings. Toneybet used fine print to avoid paying a substantial win, I would never use them for on-line gaming as they are based in Estonia, you have no recourse and when I asked for them to at least pay out a portion of the winnings they kept replying with some AI/bot response. AVOID TONEYBET AT ALL COSTS! HORRIBLE, SHADY GAMING OPERATORS WHO ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO TAKE BETS BUT NOT PAYOUT!

Tonybet has the worst communication to customers perhaps out of any sportsbook out there.
I was told 4 days ago that I had a "VIP agent" and that they would contact me via email about a proper free bet to add to my account. No email received.
I was then told that the promotions department would email me about the request...still no email.
I was then given an email address to my supposed VIP agent: to a James.
Still no response from James.

Since the existence of my account with them, my account required contacting me via email about a dozen times, and I have not received a single email from them.

At this point, they have made up the fact that I have a VIP agent or manager to try to get me to continue depositing and playing there, and have no such thing in place for clients that deposit 5-6 figures a year.

This is pathetic. I've taken my money to Pinnacle, Bet365 and Draftkings instead of Tonybet. Each of these other sites make contact with you when they say they will, they all provide better sports odds on every event, Bet365 and Draftkings actually do have a real VIP and VIP manager and they contact you regularly with bonuses.

The interface is well-designed and pleasing to the eye while playing. Also, for several months of playing, there were no problems with replenishing the deposit. Unfortunately, there were delays in the site's response, but this is not critical. I created an account and the bonus promised for first deposit was missing. I did not see the chat for support and so I sent an email… ingeniously I thought that would be ok if I play with the deposited money until I get a response. They claim it's in the T&C and so that they cannot add it manually afterwards… a complete non sense and should have been a red flag, although I decided to give them another opportunity, so I requested to have this account closed and I would open a new one where I could have what was mine as per their advertisement. Please note, this account was never verified and was requested to be closed, per chat and also per email. I created a new account following all steps, did the deposit, and guess what? No bonus again, so you can see how dodgy they are…
Contacted again by chat and the support this time was able to give me the bonus.
Nice, I started playing and won 3000€, asked for the withdrawn, and after hours processing, I received an email saying the withdrawal was cancelled and to contact support again. I contacted and they told me they removed all my earnings because I had 2 accounts open, and it was a breach on their T&C.
In conclusion, I opened a new account only because they are not compliant with their offers, I asked to close the previous account, once I got what I should have had on the first time, I won a lot and had to wager 2500€ to withdraw, I managed to pass this insane wagering, and after that they cancelled my withdraw of 3000€.
They robbed 2800€, leaving only the deposits I made on this last account (200€).
Even if they decide to take any measure for account duplication they CANNOT touch in your money. It's not bonus we are talking about! It's money! No other betting company I know does this, even if they decide to close you account by any reason, they let you take your money out! This is SCAM! Thieves!

I uploaded 3500 CAD. I turned that into a little over 10k. When i went to withdrawal some funds I was locked out of my account. I am now contacting my bank and reporting them as fraud. Do NOT play here.

It was impossible to withdraw money, because I paid with credit card and for some reason they could not return money to that same credit card. They asked me document where is at the same time credit card number, IBAN number and payment to them. That is impossible in my bank, so I can't get my money.
