The ticket "transfer" process after purchasing is really difficult and there aren't clear instructions on "how to" or troubleshooting. I missed half of my event due to being on the phone with CS because my tickets didn't work at the gate. I've never had an issue like that with any other ticket distributor. I likely will not purchase from tick pick in the future due to the amount of anxiety this experience brought me while trying to take my son to his first ever concert.

Great tour, Lots of info. Easy to walk. Way too many people. Maybe split the group and do 20 per tour guide. Or 30 min difference for start times. It took too long for the elevators with so many ppl. Maybe offer adult only tours too. I would pay more for that.
