Redx is a Real Estate Prospecting Platform - It also has a dialer - You can buy Geo Leads, FSBO's, Expired, FRBO and Preforeclosure Leads from them. I wish I would have found them sooner, I didn't the facebook leads thing, I did the setschedule.com thing (total scam) and realized it was time to just pick up the phone and start calling. I have Geo, Fsbo and Expired leads.
Overall the numbers are good, for anyone starting out in Real Estate, I would highly recommend it. Don't worry about all the little things and the people that say they are going to make you a million dollars. Get a dialer and leads and start calling.
I have been using it a month and have 9 appointments from it, 2 in closing right now from it and after the first of the year at least one listing. That more than pays for it.
But, you have to do it, it's not easy, just day after day building your database. Redx allows you to do that at a fair price, highly recommend them.
