I recently purchased a hat for $30.00, but unfortunately, it arrived with a printing error. While the company has agreed to replace the hat, I am disappointed that they will not refund the shipping costs, especially since the mistake was on their end. It's frustrating to feel like I'm still on the hook for something that wasn't my fault. I understand mistakes happen, but I feel the company should cover all costs involved in correcting the issue, including shipping.

My original order was not the item I received. I believe the individual who did this clearly has a distaste for Trump and wanted to choose the hat I received, mockingly. No matter what you believe, a customer has the right to choose whatever hat they want and not have someone decided it for them. It's called putting your beliefs and differences aside and doing your job. Apparently, Teeshirtpalace doesn't really care who they hire. I also reached out to said store via email as well as call them. They seemed very nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. It was a take-it-or-leave-it type of response I received from them. Do better!

This site has, FOR YEARS, stolen artwork PNGs and sells from overseas. They've been reported 1000s of times, by the original artists, and they just close shop and open with a new URL pointing to the old one. 89% of the reviews are fake and manipulated. The DMCA link on their site is fake. Their copyright infringement report is fake. This entire company exists to rip people off - artist and customers, both. Ask any t-shirt artist/digital artist what they think of TeeSh*tPalace and see if I'm lying. Please, good people, please: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE OVERSEAS THIEVES!

Do not buy gifts though this terrible company. If they want to return it they charge a restocking fee

If your package gets lost, do not expect any help from this company. I called twice and set on hold for 10 to 15 mins at which point, their phone hung up on me. I emailed them as well and have yet to receive a response. All I ask was that they submit a claim with USPS. I had to file my own claim for their merchandise. I will not do business with them again.

This one of the most frustrating sites around.
If you need to change or cancel an order. You cannot go back to the site you ordered them on. You have to call them, so they can cancel.
The frustration is when they say it has been cancelled and you go back to change what you wanted to.
Go back into your account the next day. You cannot tell, what has been cancelled and what is active.
Even more frustrating, when I get charged for a purchase that was cancelled.
And company says, "have your bank call us". Excuse me?

Scammers use bots to steal designs from Amazon merch and they repost them of sell them to sites like this. Please don't support site like the that steal from other artists.

One shirt I bought was printed terribly on the cheapest t-shirt I've ever seen. The other two t-shirts I bought never showed up and the customer service was non-existent. At first they asked us to wait, then they lied, then they stopped responding. Seeing how the artwork was an exact replica of an original I later found, I think they people are just stealing artwork and never actually making the tshirts.

I had trouble with the updated address I was wanting to use instead of using the original shipping address I provided. Customer service was amazing! Every time I had a question, they emailed me back promptly and worked with me on the problem I was having. The product: also amazing! I ordered custom baseball gear for my whole family and all items were perfect. I'm very happy! I will be ordering from this site again for future events. Thank you TeeShirtPalace!

I ordered a T-shirt that was advertised on their website that said trans women are not real women and they ended up sending me this instead… and on top of that they lied to me and told me it was a system mistake…

I would not recommend purchasing any custom cups from this company. I uploaded custom artwork created on another website. The first shipment artwork was slanted. They were apologetic and shipped a second set of cups. Unfortunately, this too was flawed in that one side of the cup was printed correctly and the second side was only partially printed. The attached picture shows the first shipment (2 cups) on the right and the second shipment (2 cups) on the left. Both images show the front and back of cups. The single-cup image shows the slanted printing on the first shipment. I sent pictures and they denied there was a problem. I worked through PayPal and their solution was to ship the items back at my cost. I requested a shipping label but I was ghosted. For a $55 purchase, they wanted me to ship back custom cups for $26-30. They appeared not to want to make things right even though it was their failure. I suggest that if they are unable to do custom printing, they should leave that portion of the business behind.

I have had multiple designs stolen and posted on this site, and I see tons of other Etsy artists work stolen there too. Dont buy there.

I bought a shirt in April, 3 days later they stole my card info and charged 100 dollar on my card, so I went to the bank and dispute it the charges. My bank gave me my money back. And now I get an email stating that I just bought a shirt from them but I have not purchased anything from them since the charges were charged on my card.

Item that arrived was not what was pictured. The logo was much much smaller and the quality was terrible. The hat came damaged and while they refunded me for the item they will not refund me for the shipping. Would not recommend, and will never order from again.

NOT an xxl. More like a Medium! And No Returning it, per their policy. Design might be perfect but sizing is OFF! Be aware!

I ordered a sweatshirt; two and a half weeks pass by with no package or email. I reached out, they replied saying they couldn't print it and that I got a refund. Was never told my item wasn't going to ship, and I have not received a refund. When I asked when I would they replied "yes". Still no refund (and that reply made no sense) would not recommend trusting this company with your money

My shirt came right out of the package with a stain on it. Additionally, I didn't like the fabric - very stiff. When I tried to return it they advised that no refunds are provided, only a substitute product. They don't even want the shirt back which tells me that shipping is more expensive than the value of the shirt. So, beware before you order.

It's 2023, I don't care what your reason is, you take returns. I want to return this bc it's the worst quality of t shirt I've ever had, and I can't. Terrible site.

I was looking for a shirt with a specific image and slogan ("That's what I do. I pet cats, I read books, and I know things"). For the past few years of graduate school, that sums up my list of accomplishments (lol). Their selection is great…it was one of two places that carries it. The main page has categories to choose from, with limited color options. Women's shows about 5 colors and Plus Size only white. Despite the Plus cut appearing much more flattering (I'm 5'7", 217 lbs.) I went a size up in Women's because it was $7 less and they had a light mustard color I thought would match my olive long sleeved undershirts. I would have preferred hot pink, olive, or lilac. I skipped the "customization" icon because it cost more. Though it would be nice to have my 2 cats' names on the back, it was a gift and I didn't want to be greedy. The shirt arrived promptly. It was nice fabric and the image is high quality. It's a durable tee that washes and dries well! However, it was bright sunny yellow, not mustard. The Women's fit was unflattering…too much fabric and not a feminine style on me. The v-neck was cut quite high. I couldn't have gone down a size or the waist would be tight. When I got paid, I went back to the website to order the Plus Size with text. I clicked on "customize" and there was an icon that read, "color," with different options. I went back to the t-shirts, clicked "customize," and found about 15 colors in Women's (not 5) and 4-5 colors in Plus Size (not just white). There was also a much more extensive list of styles and products than on the main page. Women's shirts are available in heather and tie dye, hoodies, warm polar fleece, and pajama sets. I had assumed that when the main page listed products, styles, and colors, those were the options. I thought "Customize" meant adding text or custom images, like it does on all the other websites I've ordered from. On the main page, when you click on a shirt style, I would suggest a note stating, "For additional styles and colors, click "Customize." They had the hot pink in Plus, solid and Heathered lilac in Women's (and hot pink). I chose Plus Size hot pink, added names, and put it in the cart. It was only $4 more than the Women's! Not $7 more, like it said on the main page. The products are great but I wish the site made the wide variety of options more clear. People should not have to order twice to get the shirt they want! Just writing this so everyone knows there are more colors. If you are Plus Size, I strongly recommend paying the few extra dollars because the Women's shirts are very straight cut and ordering up a size makes them look huge, while my regular size in Women's would be too tight. They would probably get more plus size shoppers if it was clear we had more options than white. If I wear a white shirt out, I spill coffee on it immediately!

I read the reviews on here thoroughly before placing my order last week, and since most of these reviewers didn't strike me as particularly reasonable or sincere, I went ahead and placed the order, and I'm very glad I did.

The website was easy to use, the selection of styles and colors and the sizing availability (including mens big&tall well beyond the usual 3X most sites stop at) is awesome.

Customer service was very quick to respond when I inquired what the expected turnaround time on it would be.

When I placed my order I was prepared to wait a couple weeks at least if they are a smaller operation, but instead the order was made and shipped and arrived all in one week.

Everything looks very awesome, is great quality, and the person who received the gifts absolutely loves them. Plus I earned reward points on the order to use on my next one. Highly recommend.
