Taxi Yatri

Taxi Yatri is not good for females and family people in Bangalore. They are not punctual. They do not value customer time. When we complaint to Taxi Yatri about the delay, Sandeep Saha who was coordinating with us during journey misbehaved with female passenger, he said "Ye bengal nahi hai, ye bangalore hai". Sandeep Saha called the driver and asked him to stop the journey midway. We were harrassed by the Taxi Yatri in middle of highway for over 30 minutes. During this time I tried reaching out to the Taxi Yatri customer care for over 20 times. Customer care and Sandeep Saha should be barred from providing taxi service and first taught how to behave with passengers. Driver was polite and good. Overall experience with Taxi Yatri is horrible, they are miserable when it comes to treatment with female passengers.

TaxiYatri is a total fraud Company.

We had booked a cab from New Delhi to Rajasthan for 3 days and givenng up several times, they did not arrange the cab and cancelled my booking at the last moment. Thereafter they didnt pick up my calls and never refunded my advance amount.

I would recommend all not to take any service from these fraudsters.

I had a horrendous experience with TaxiYatri. The company provided misleading information about their services, promising a smooth and hassle-free journey, but it was far from the truth. The driver arrived late, the vehicle was in poor condition, and additional charges were added without prior notice. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me stranded and frustrated. This company is dishonest and unreliable, engaging in fraudulent practices to swindle customers. I strongly advise against using TaxiYatri for any travel needs. They lack professionalism and integrity. A one-star rating is generous for such a deceptive and disappointing service.

Taxi yatri has a rating of 5 stars, meaning that most consumers are typically happy with their purchases. Ranked 50th out of all Travel Agency websites is taxiyatri
