I guess I misunderstood what alk I would be getting for $140 I thought the ID tag at least would be included but was under the impression that the tag, harness, certificate, lead etc were all included. I chose support pets because as an elderly lady on fixed income it was the best deal to me and one I could afford. Sorry if I misunderstood anything
Your ads ALL say and show that all documents, letters for landlords and equipment are srnt once approved. I found that to be misrepresentation as an elderly woman on fixed income I felt I was misled when I saw that I needed to pay a lot more than I can afford for what I thought wss included. I need my dog to be certified ESA and need paperwork for landlord etc but am struggling to afford the 140 I have already paid.

I keep getting the same emails in my email from you guys to join you and I already have I would like the emails to stop because I'm already a member I've done paid full membership the $139 I think and 300 and some dollars for the other so please stop sending me emails unless it's an update thank you

This service is great, but I am still trying to get customer service to clarify a couple things. I accidentally bought the ESA vest and genius tag twice, so I am trying to get that refunded, and the genius tag onboarding keeps giving me an error message. Once these issues are resolved, I believe I will feel the service is worth it.
