Love the quality of the bathing suits however they are not true to size for me. I reached out to Shapellx before ordering with my measurments and it was suggested that I am a size 2xl. The torso is quite short making the fit not quite right.

Love the back smoothing and bra support, the waist trainer is comfortable for all day use, I only wish the length was 2 in longer to provide more lower belly support and coverage. Overall really love this!

I bought a S (5'4" 150lbs) and it was quite a struggle to get on. Shipping was quick. I contacted customer service to exchange for another size and they were quick to respond and take care of me. You don't have this kind of customer service to often anymore.

The quality is GREAT but as a plus size person with a comically long torso, my order did not fit my body as i had hoped. It closed and held securely. But where i was hoping for coverage up to the underbust, duebto my size and long torso it did not get withis 6 inches. I intend to keep it cause the quality is great and i need the help after loosing 70lbs last year with a goal of another 50 this year. But i really do wish it was suitable for long torsos

The delivery was fast, but I'm trying to return because the bras band has a super hard fabric it almost feels like plastic on the bottom part near the hooks and it pokes my back is very uncomfortable

I was told my order was lost, however customer service resubmitted my order. I have not received the second shipment yet.

Honestly the product looks great. But it doesn't fit me at all. It's my size yet does not fit. Im waiting for return instructions

The fit is comfortable, the snatched waist line is on point, the convenience of being able to use bathroom is everything

I put the wrong address, my bad, but when I reached out immediately they said they could do nothing. If it hadn't shipped at all I dont see why they couldn't have changed it. Also I feel the crotch on the bodysuit could be lower.

I want my refund ASAP! The return processing is so frustrating that you want to say forget it, but it's not happening with an almost $300 order

But I do not like the shipping company my item sat for three day around the corner then said they returned it, I reached out to shapllx immediately they were so on point re shipped my items 3 days later my item was outside my house no delivery notification from

Had to go back and forth with a representative over a couple of days before my return was authorized and a return QR code provided.

The first one I ordered was too small. I went in the hospital and even though I packaged it to send back, I forgot and so I wasted my money getting something that was too small and I know I passed the deadline to send it back.

First I order a medium which turned out to be smaller it didn't fit me, I emailed them and they shipped me a large one for free without returning the medium one. Thanks so much I fit in this large one so perfectly

The back coverage is great. I just have a small issue with the sides poking me in the ribs. I also wish the straps were a little wider. Still recommend 10 out of 10

Time from ordering to receiving took a lot longer than expected for a standard delivery. May impact a return as a I had to purchase similar item in local department store.
