After giving make and model number of my camper, I was recommended the part number and your company to order from. After waiting longer than I was told, I then received the wrong size attachment. How do I return the product for a refund?

Fit man was excellent timely Manner in which it was received only disappointed withe the product used was poly and my old latches were Aluminum.
