Ordered ONE shirt nearly two weeks in advance for an important event and paid additional expedited production + UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping to guarantee delivery by February 26.

As of the evening of February 25, RushOrderTees' own tracker still showed the item "In Production." The only update on February 26 was that a UPS label was created at 7:47 a.m. — UPS has confirmed they have not yet received the package.

Customer service told me it was "shipped on February 17," which directly contradicts both:
UPS tracking (no origin scan exists)
RushOrderTees' own production tracker showing it was still in production on February 25

If it was truly handed to UPS on the 17th, there would be a pickup scan and delivery would have occurred on the 18th or 19th. That has not happened. Told different things by different reps, unfortunately.

At this point, I simply need transparency and a concrete solution. This shirt is for an event the evening of February 27, and I paid a premium specifically to avoid this situation.

I am hoping RushOrderTees will urgently escalate this and either:
Provide proof of carrier handoff
Arrange guaranteed morning delivery on February 27
Or make this right in a meaningful way

I would strongly encourage anyone ordering for time-sensitive events to verify shipment scans directly with UPS rather than relying solely on the internal production tracker.

Disappointed, but still hoping the company will step in and resolve this before my event.

There was a mix up in the shipping process and my single order tee shirt with
"Are You Feeling Great Again?" Written on was lost in shipping. I chose to get

First of all to anyone creating clothes, the customer service at this company is second to none! My order was going to be late due to all the storms so I called up to check why it hasn't moved on my tracking, they apologized for the delay took 10% off, and the guy I spoke to personally went into the warehouse and made sure it was sent out for overnight delivery that day…. I received it the following day… two items were missing out of the 24 and without any hassle they shipped those out too….

This was my first time ordering from Rush Order Tees. I found that from an internet search and found their site very easy to use and view my personalized products. I bought a sweatshirt and Tshirt. I tried editing my design on another site and could not adjust it the way I wanted. I had no problem on the Rush Order Tee site. I created exactly what I had envisioned very quickly! The price was great too! So I ordered.
The next morning, I regretted my sweatshirt color choice, Orange, what was I thinking?!
So, I sent an email to customer service to see if they could help. Sure enough, they responded and said that all I needed to do was provide the new color choice. I received my green sweatshirt and it is perfect!

But the customer service doesn't stop there! I ordered a Tshirt. The color was perfect but the size was bigger than I expected. I kept it for a few days, thinking that because this is a personalized item, I have to deal with the large size. Then I thought, I have nothing to lose by reaching out to customer service. Maybe they'll give me a discount so I can order another shirt. Well, once again, customer service went above and beyond. Because this company wants the customer happy, they are remaking the tshirt in the smaller size and sending it to me for free! Crazy! What company has this type of customer service these days?!

I will be back and buy more. Hopefully, I will get better at choosing colors and sizes in the future! THIS SITE IS AWESOME!
