Do NOT purchase software from Redbox software. They are con artists. They not only NEVER answer the customer service phone number, but they also ignore you by chat and email. They make promises to refund money and come up with all kinds of excuses not to. Don't bother trying to work with your credit card company to get a refund either. Capital One gave a provisional credit then reversed it. You will never get your software and you will never get a refund. Just don't bother with them in the first place.

I bought Access 2010 and was offered a free upgrade 2016 after they found out I had MS Office 2016 installed. I would have ended removing my MS office to make way for Access and reinstall office again. They saved me a lot of time and a lot of money! Thanks!
