Easy, fast and not expensive to get the info I needed when the county didn't have a good list of all the owners on property search. I needed to verify that I was setting up rent from a legit owner. We are moving from out of state and we wanted to verify the owner was the owner to not have a nasty surprise on arrival or loose 2 months rent to a scammer.
I was able to obtain a report on a property easily and for a very reasonable price. I thought I purchased just the one report, but then saw a charge on my account a few weeks later and when I reached out to customer service, they were extremely helpful and not only helped cancel my subscription but issued a refund without any hesitation. As of 2/24/26, I have been charged $36.90 for two records that I later found out are public record and can be obtained for free! I am a social worker who is simply trying to verify assets to assist with nursing home placement for one of our veterans. If I'm not mistaken, I believe it said I would be charged $9.95 WEEKLY, which is absolutely absurd! I will say I was able to obtain the documents I needed and the BOT assisted me in unsubscribing very easily today.
