I spent almost an hour trying to unsubscribe from PDFSimpli. In the meantime, I received an email asking me to chose the "Extended Access" plan. I think this imposition on my time and clearly stated intention to cancel is terrible customer service and poor business practice.

Un audio de mas de 5 horas me lo transcribio completo y obviamente me inscribi al plan pero al otro dia con el mismo archivo ya no quiere transcribir porque dice que maximo 20mb

I uploaded a document using an advertised link saying that it would be free with the understanding that it was a free service, not a free trial. Then I saw in my account that I had to choose a subscription plan. There was no way to delete my account through the online portal, so I chatted with their chat option only to find out that I have to send an email to customer service to delete my account, wasting even more time. The company could easily have the option to delete accounts in their online portal.
I only hope that after I send an email requesting that my account be deleted, I'm not asked to jump through hoops to get this done.

I signed up by mistake. I used nothing. I paid nothing. I just wanted to leave.

WorkSimpli turned this into a 40 minute experience where their support agent asked for my email twice, sent the same copy-pasted holding message four times, and concluded the interaction by asking about a charge that was never mentioned, discussed, or implied at any point in our conversation.
They couldn't find my account. They couldn't delete my account. They couldn't read a conversation that was right in front of them.
At the end Julian asked if there was anything else he could help with.
There was not, Julian. You had one job.
I have encountered error 404 pages that were more helpful than this interaction. At least those are honest about not being able to find anything.
