The overall process is too slow, it took one month for my ring to get to me, when I got it unfortunately it was too big (which is my fault of course); I've send it back and after 1 month still I have no news of it getting to the factory. I selected an exchange and I still want my ring in the right size, but after this I will never order again, too slow for my taste.

The process was updated regularly, for when it eventually arrived in an Australia. The ring is perfect. It's rare for me to love a ring, but I love this ring. The proportions are perfect, it's not too small, or too big. It looks good quality.

The ring is beautiful and I've been wearing it for weeks and I'm still in awe of how much I love it. So far it's been a great for my everyday wear. Delivery took awhile but a nice price is worth the wait I just wish more updates regarding where it was at with the process.

I've ordered on this site a few times now and have never had any problems. The shipping times can be a bit longer, but you can track your parcel all the way, so you know it's not lost. The customer care agents are also great - they respond swiftly and help in any way they can.
On top of that, the jewellery itself is amazing and of great quality. I love that you always have the option of silver, gold AND rose gold, plus a vast variety of crystals. I highly recommend it.
