This is my first time purchasing from Monster Garden and I found the web site to be very useful and helpful with the products suggestions. I was in the market for black lava rocks. I searched local retailers, including the Home Depot, with no luck. I finally gave in and purchased 10# bags from Amazon. The seller had the gaul to advertise their rocks as "1/4 to 1/2 inch size." I don't think I found a single rock measuring smaller than 1/2" and the majority of them were larger. Not knowing any better I went ahead and used 70# to repot many of my cacti, succulents, and bonsai.
Something I decided to search online again to see if there was anyplace that sold black lava rocks in larger quantities. I didn't expect the rocks to be any smaller; I thought that was just how things are.
I found Monster Gardens and ordered two 24# bags. What a difference! The rocks really are 1/4". They works so well it's taking a great deal of self control to not start over repotting the plants I repotted with the boulders.
I'm very please with this product and will order them again.

I ordered my Bokashi bran from Monster gardens based on price. The shipping cost was very reasonable and I received the product very quickly - within a few days of ordering. I recieved shipping notifications via email.
My mailman left the package in a puddle. Fortunately it was packaged so well that it didn't affect the product. It was packed in paper surrounding a box, both of which were taped well. The box contained a burlap sack which then contained a plastic bag with the bran.
I'm looking forward to using it.
