Same story as countless others here. Was told they would be manually processing my withdrawal. That was several days ago. Haven't heard a single person report having successfully withdrawn any coins from them (manually or otherwise) for a very long time. They are either scammers or the most incompetent mining service of all time. Either way, stay away.

Update: they did eventually send the XMR they owed me to my"freewallet.org" wallet in March of this year (that was the only way they would send out payments, you had to use freewallet). I assume they are somehow affiliated with Freewallet.

Of course, when I tried to send the XMR from my "freewallet" to a wallet that I actually control, the transaction was rejected and my freewallet account suspended for "suspicious activity." Lol. Fool me once! Luckily i get to know about finassetrack who guided me through the process of getting my assets back.
