I am genuinely shocked at how terrible my experience with Meesho has been.
My return for Order ID: **************048 has turned into a complete headache, and I'm honestly fed up with the way Meesho handles customers.
It has been 8 days, and NOTHING has moved.
Every single time I call support, I get the SAME spam-type, robotic lines repeated like a joke:
"Please wait for 4 days… you will get an update."
Are you serious?
How many times will you keep fooling customers with the exact same line?
This whole experience feels cheating-like, scam-ish, and absolutely irresponsible because:
They keep extending the wait by 4 days every time I call, with zero progress.
No one gives an actual date or real explanation — just copy-paste answers.

They put the call on hold and still come back with the same empty, spam-like line.

Worst seller service, no one came for pickup, and so many return issues. Not good for sellers and buyers. Buyers also not received products bcoz order got cancelled automatically.
This is the worst app ever for shopping! 1st it was nice but then whenever i try to buy or even try to see any dresses or anything related to women it won't show like for category it will only show boys, girls, men! What about the damn women? AND there are 2 *dresses* written option i thought there could be a mistake because mistakes can happen from anyone so i thought one should be for the children and 1 more women but noo!

I ordered pink anarkali dress of rupees 717 rupees and i received a blue colour dirty used saari, and if I applied for return request they are cancelling it even the return policy is 7 days, if asked for refund on customer care call they're not accepting it, they're are repeating multiple times that sorry we can not do it.
This thing is very bad, I wasted 717 rupees. You buy something and you get something else, never ever purchase from this fraud meesho

Worst customer service. Meesho is not picking up order from 1 month and if by any chance some delievery boy comw he will reject pickup saying product doesnt match with pic. *froud* I ordered a product from meesho firstly he delivered me a wrong, dirty and useless product. I put a product return on same day with photos and parcel opened vdio but no one come to pickup the parcel I called in customer care she said me to again return request. I put a again return request after delivery person come and refuse to pickup the parcel due to dirty and diffrent product. Then I again call in consumer support they say they can't help us because product was useless they consider this as a garbage. They can't refund my amount. I have all proof I will send and return on same day after all this they refuse to initiate my refund.*so disappointed* this is a very big scam don't trust on meesho and stop shopping on the meesho worst app.

I have a very bad experience as I've placed an order with COD option for one gown of Rs 400 and the delivery person charged the delivery charge of extra 60 rs. The product is low grade and the costumer service is totally useless.They are of no help.No.

I placed an prepaid order on Meesho online portal fo 06 packets of Bigen Beard colour 103 against a prepaid of RS 1662/-on 3Rd March 2024 vide order No**************.
Yesterday, a packet was delivered containing only one packet in place of six packet as ordered. I immediately contacted their help centre but they informed me to raise my complaint after 24 hours when delivery is registered in their record.
As per advice today when I contacted help centre they told me that they can not do anything in this regard nor my money will be refunded for the short supplied packs.
They also told me that the short supply of 5 packets will also not be fulfilled or.delivered to me.
I was wondering that a company like Meesho can give this kind of response and gulp down Rs 1300/-.It is a cheating under the law of the country.I am wondering whether following such a business ethics whether any company can survive for long term.
The response of their help center today forced me to bring up this matter to give the review and request you please take necessary action to save other customers hard earned money.How a company does not deliver the complete order nor refunds money,unless it was not business ethics and is a fraudulent company
MeeshoThey have given such poor services to me for a lot of time. I bought a product that was not good so I gave it more than 20 days to return it but no one came to take the return. These people are giving me only dates. This is a very useless service.
This is regarding one of the return item, which the pickup associate from Meesho had picked the item in the month of Jan 2024 and I am yet to get the refund. Every time I call them to enquire about the refund, I need to explain each and everything to all the Customer Support Executives. There is no coordination among the Meesho team and it is disgusting to explain the story again and again. I have decided to move on and not to follow up anymore so that I can spend that time in some productive things.

Would request everyone not to buy any product from Meesho as they don't refund money if you return the product.
Zero value for customers, horrible customer service. Noone bothers to talk, chat or callback, if there is any issue involved. You lost money, just bear it yourself. Noone gives a damn. Fake people involved in the entire process. Have a quality checking like no others have. The product needs to match with the image posted on the site, otherwise return and pickup denied, even if they had sent us an entirely different product/damaged/missing product. Ridiculous way of doing business and stealing, snatching money.
