I have been using the services of MedOnline for over a year now. Dr Rory and his colleagues are amazing. The service is convenient and very professional. This is definitely the way of the future for primary health care to be able to talk to a qualified and caring doctor in your own home.

Dr Rory has been incredibly helpful, he's better in many ways than my local GP. He always has time to listen and he provides reassurance, he's very knowledgeable. I stumbled across the service on a weekend over a year ago when I was very unwell with an infection. I'd been told I couldn't see my registered GP for a month. The appointment saved me hours at the accident and emergency centre, and since then I submit my scripts through the service because I'd prefer to support a medical centre who are doing a great job and providing a great service to the community.

My partner and I have both had online consults with Dr Johnston and found him to be outstanding. He listens with curiosity, doesn't talk over you, and quickly gives an empathetic solution. Highly recommend him and the very easy service.

Dr. Rory Johnston is a compassionate, dedicated, highly knowledgeable GP. In my experience he totally listens to me as a patient, is highly ethical, and believes in empowering his patients.

Dr Rory Johnson was fast efficient thorough and very kind…I was nervous to start with but Dr Johnson made me feel completely at ease from the minute the appointment started.I didn't have to wait he was dead on time which was a amazing considering i have had to wait over 2 hours at the after hours and 8 hrs at the hospital and i still can't believe i didn't have to go anywhere for my appointment, it was from the comfort of my own home which for me made life so much easier…another bonus was my appointment cost me less then half of what it would of cost me at the after hours if a family member hadn't recommended Dr Johnson at MedOnline i would of thought it was to good to be true it must be a scam.…if you haven't tried these guys MedOnline NZ i highly recommend them they are really fantastic

Dr Rory doesn't judge and has been more than helpful with my illnesses and not judging.
Highly recommended and the after hours prices cannot be beaten. A very nice doctor for those with anxiety issues due to the total non judgment.

Dr. Johnston has been wonderful helping with my medical issues whilst waiting to be enrolled with a clinic in a geographically challenging area to live. Flexible times and Telehealth are awesome and he's caring nature and expertise with medication and my condition. Many thanks dr R. Jackie

Have seen Dr Rory 3-4 times now for a special prescription, had another issue that needs to be referred to a specialist, no issues and he listened and had seen a photo of my skin issue. Had been to my GP and seen a few locum GP who all said different problems. He is really professional and listens to him patients problems. Would recommend to all.

The online apointment is great! And the Doctor is the best! I always recommend my friends to this site.

I have autism so can find dr visits odd, Dr Rory is cool and gave me time and space to get my issues across and he addressed them perfectly first time, in one visit very efficient.

After having a negative experience with my usual GP, I booked with Rory at Medonline NZ to discuss the same issue. He was understanding and helpful, giving me all the insight I was looking for. Highly recommend if what you are looking to discuss is something they can help with virtually!

I was a little hesitant in using an online service, but my first experience through medonline and with Dr rory couldn't have been better, a very informative, comfortable and straightforward service ill definitely be using again in the future.

Dr Rory is wonderful, he made sure I was heard and he truly listened to my concerns. His friendliness made the session very ease and comfortable. And I tell you, not many GPs out there are as nice. The signup process for the website is also straightforward and easy. Just make sure you did the pre-call test for the video call first to make sure your mic & webcam are working. Not to mention the rate is also the same on weekend, much cheaper than those after-hours service! Hope the business would thrive for many more coming years. Would 100% be using this service again!

Getting desperate after a number of local GP's were not listening to what I was actually telling them I got in touch with MedOnline. Dr Rory was a breath of fresh air, he actually listened to my issue and helped with a real solution - a lot of GP's could learn from his example and think outside the box once in a while.

I used medonline to discuss issue that i wasnt comfortable talking with my own GP. Dr Rory was friendly and I was able to get the help i need.

I usually see a specialist clinic and get special medication, but because of the current Christmas Break the clinic was closed and I was about to run out of medication. I found MedOnline by a Google search, and made an appointment, and was pleased to have a consult with Dr Johnson the next evening! I was able to get bloods done next day and then the following day my prescription was emailed to the pharmacy. Thank You I would recommend this service to everyone.
