Before this, I used one app for workouts and another for food. It was annoying. Here I have both in one place, and that actually changed how consistent I am. I don't follow the food plan perfectly, but just having meals and workouts together makes daily decisions much easier. Sometimes I wish recipes had more swap options, but overall this combo works great.

I was 100% sure bodyweight workouts would bore me. Turns out I was wrong. What I like is that they're not random — everything flows, no pointless moves. I train 3–4 times a week, mostly in the evening, and it feels enough. Not exhausted, not sore for days. Just… good. If you're on the fence about bodyweight training, don't overthink it — try a few sessions and see how your body reacts.

I signed up for MadMuscles after seeing their social media advertising. The marketing is polished, persuasive and professional. Unfortunately, the actual product does not live up to that standard.
The trial period is reasonably priced and gives you a chance to explore the app. That is what I did. However, the full renewal price of 83.99 EUR for a 90-day plan is, in my opinion, far beyond what the service is worth. The content and functionality simply do not justify that price. Good marketing does not equal good value.
The bigger issue however, is how renewal and refunds are handled.
If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, there is no flexibility, no understanding, and no customer-oriented resolution. You immediately receive legalistic responses referring to Terms of Service and automatic billing policies. Even if you cancel immediately after the charge and do not use the service further, a refund is not offered. Instead, you are redirected to procedural explanations and formal dispute processes.
Technically, everything may be structured within their terms. But from a customer perspective, this approach does not reflect a service provider that values fairness or long-term trust. A company that stands behind its product should be confident enough to handle immediate cancellations with discretion, especially when no further use has occurred.
So while this may not qualify as a "scam" in the strict legal sense, it also does not reflect the standards of a company that prioritizes customer goodwill.
In summary:
Strong advertising.
Average product.
No meaningful refund flexibility.
That combination speaks for itself.

The walking program in mad muscles helped me stay active without overcomplicating things. Having structured walking sessions sounds simple, but it removed the "I'll just skip today" excuse. It's practical and realistic.

I wasn't sure how auto-renewal works, so I messaged support before my billing date. They replied with step-by-step instructions on how to manage it. That removed a lot of anxiety. The only thing I'd improve is faster response time during peak hours.

I started the tai chi program out of curiosity. It turned out to be great for balance and focus. It's slower than what I'm used to, and sometimes I wish sessions were a bit longer, but as part of my weekly routine it works beautifully.
