Ordered a part a week ago. They are still waiting to get the part from their warehouse! Still hasn't been shipped to me and they can't even tell me when it will be shipped.
Will never order from again! Absolutely pathetic service!
I have been looking for a very hard to find part for my Toro lawnmower. I searched everywhere for about a month. I bought it from several businesses that claimed to have it and once I paid they told me the part was back ordered and could take a month to get. I got my money back from every one of them. I did a live chat on m and d's website and they assured me that they had the part in Ohio and would get it out to me as quickly as possible. Sure enough a week later and I have the part in my hands. I could not be happier. Thank you so much! M and D is great
