If I could give them 0 starts I would! I booked an emergency flight to go to my mothers funeral in New Jersey my flight leaves at 5:00am and I have yet to receive my ticket just a bunch of excuses and a bunch of "you will get your ticket in 2 hours 4 hours etc etc etc"

Ordered tickets for 2, transatlantic, lots of trouble both ways, Amsterdam claimed tickets were fraud, almost stopped us from boarding, lookbyfare did nothing to help. Returning flight went via London, same problem, tickets not accepted, missed flight, had to buy new tickets, no help from lookbyfare, their only suggestion was to sell us new tickets at steep prices. Worst service ever, after multiple trips per year for 35 years.

Technical glitch led to names being swapped on the boarding pass on the day of travel. Refused to reimburse travel expenses, and they also inflate costs

Never ever should you use this company.I booked and payed for a flight with lookbyfare from schiphol (netherland) to orlando (florida). The flight was booked 3 months in advance. Everything looked fine until we (man, wife and 2 children) arrived at the airport. We could not get the plane tickets because they were not payed for by lookbyfare. We called the support line of lookbyfare and stayed on the line for 3 hours! They were not able to fix it and we missed our flight. In the end we only had the option to get our money back from lookbyfare and that was it. We were able to buy new tickets from KLM to fly to orlando, but that cost us a lot more money. Furthermore since we missed out flight, there was not a direct flight anymore and we were put on the standby list of the flights. In the end instead of a 11 hour flight, it took us more than 20 hours to get to orlando. It was a real nightmare. We did get out money back from lookbyfare (after about 7 days) but did not get any excuses about how this was taken care off. So be aware if you choose lookbyfare.

I would give this company zero stars if possible Travelopick and Lookbyfare. They are very deceptive and unprofessional. I was charged three times for a reservation of three airline tickets, but I was unable to board any of the flights. Additionally, they charged my son and nephew's cards when we tried to book another flight, which we also couldn't board. The total charges to my card were $409.23 multiplied by three, amounting to $1,227.69. My son and nephew were each charged $698.23, totaling $1,396.46. Despite these significant amounts, I am still unable to obtain a refund. When I called customer service, they claimed that our records showed we boarded the flight. If that were the case, why would we have incurred such high charges? As a result, I had to have a family member purchase a ticket for me to get home. I've lost a substantial amount of money dealing with this company. When I called back, a representative named Dedrick was very rude and unprofessional. I am devastated by this experience and have suffered a huge loss with no clear answers. Please do not use this company.

Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience with LookByFare

I received a confirmation for my flight booking and a successful payment verification, but my experience with LookByFare has been incredibly frustrating. Despite my attempts to contact their customer service, they have offered me deals that I never agreed to, including a confusing arrangement to pay half while they cover the other half.

Additionally, I have received quotes in both Canadian and USD dollars, which has only added to my confusion and disappointment. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and will be reporting this situation for fraudulent practices.

It's been bad. I booked my flights and had problems with it. Had to call the company I booked through t. Said it was all taken care of and now I can't pull up my flights for tomorrow morning. Thus has been a nightmare

Everything was good, I have my ticket on time, at the airport everything ves very smooth.

I had a problem with my bank card and had to wait until the next day to pay for my ticket.

Easy transaction. Prices very competitive. Recommended.
