I'm pretty sure you sell a high quality product because I've consumed it before. Unfortunately I have to say that when it come to standard shipping method it's a whole different story. After 5 working days (7 days overall) I haven't received my most recent order.

The lid was impossible to remove. I have been a customer for multiple years and have never seen a lid of this configuration. Once I finally got it off I replaced it with another LE product lid. This lid should be banned from use.

I ordered my testing panel which was a little confusing because it said it was going to be mailed but it was just a lab order. I was eventually emailed the lab order and directed on how to schedule my blood draw through Quest Diagnostics near me. Issue was that I scheduled myself for a 10:30a appt (because I was fasted) and when I checked in, they had me in the system as a 1:30p appt. I never received an appt confirmation email or any way to access my appt time in order to recheck it. I was lucky that the lab tech took me anyway but he was obviously not happy since he had a waiting room of people who had accurate time slots. My only guess was that when I made the 10:30a appt that the system made it for the EST timezone where Life Extension is located? I am on PST time which would maybe explain a 3 hours discrepancy. Obviously NOT a helpful glitch.

I have been a customer for a few years. Always get good prices & fairly good products. The only issue I have is with the fish oil, it is very sensitive to heat & melts easy, causing that fish odor to be very strong & hard to take the taste.
I like my Life Extension products when I finally get them. The shipping is free & you pay for that when it takes a week to arrive. Other than the slow shipping I am a satisfied customer.
