I placed an order with them on 12/22/25. I did not received it until 2/17/26. When I called for an explanation on why my order was not received I was getting excuses on why it had not ship or check the tracking information which told me nothing except USPS was still waiting on the package to be received. On subsequent calls I was told to email, which I did only to get the same runaround answers or no response at all to follow up emails. I finally received an email that my order was shipping only to get a another email the following day to say that my order is being held because it was short the number of items that I originally ordered until I responded on how I wanted to handle the issue. I assumed this was the reason for the hold up in the first place but wasn't positive that it was. I would rather they had said something up front rather than make me wait a month and a half for an order that should have been received in January rather than it been received February. I was told I would received my refund in 48 hours, it took longer. The item I had to replace, because of their delay now cost much more than if I could have reordered it sooner.
I wired you the money. From my bank. And you said it would be shipped. I have tracking numbers which said you never shipped it. I ask that you had my product in your hands and why you didn't reship it. And they said. They could make more money off of reselling it and I would get it in another 30 days. This is a scam. Working with my money.
Had to call them many times to get just get my order a shipping number as if it was just in the warehouse and they took my money. It may be with the silver going up and down and they want to keep it at a high price but still. If I paid for something ship it out to me and when I order something that says its there please why tell me its out of stock now but was still ok to order?
I ordered a Certified Morgan Silver Dollar coin on 1/3/26, and credit card was processed. On 1/15 I received an email that the order had shipped with a USPS tracking number. Tracking showed the item was never received by USPS after I checked for 2 weeks. Took several days to reach customer support at this outfit. Said they were waiting for an update from Inventory Dept. On 2/4 (month later) I received an email advising that this coin was out of stock, even though I had confirmed order with a $640 payment taken! Called JM Bullion again on 2/6 after no email replies and they asked me if I wanted to order another item. I cancelled the order and was told my CC would be refunded. As of 2/11 I am still waiting for a refund and the website indicates that the original order was completed. Very frustrating experience and will use other suppliers.
I ordered on January 7th and paid extra for Expedited Shipping. Didn't receive it until February 6th.

Recently made two very large purchases during the silver surge. After a few days they canceled my orders because they wanted a wire payment instead of the ACH method I have used for years. By this time, however, spot price went up $10 an oz. They could not keep up with call volume, so I had to send an email and was given a poor excuse with no resolution. Whether they couldn't keep up with demand or were trying to make more off the gains by canceling orders, I could not tell you. Folks, just know there are many more options out there that are trustworthy.
They make their process of buying so complicated!
And to add insult to injury, they charge for shopping and use FedEx who are the absolute worst! Their tracking never works, whether it's on app or desktop. BUT the worse thing is that you must wait ALL DAY LONG for your package to come. I know, someone has to sign for it. Then give us more options on delivery! I wasted my entire day on Wednesday only for them to say that it won't be delivered until Thursday. Come Thursday, I had to pick up my kid and guess what, they showed up when I was gone! No package again. It's two wasted days. Needles to say, I'm calling your company to get a refund on delivery bcs your system stinks! Don't insult the customer by making us wait by the door all damn day! We have things to do as well! I emailed you and it takes 3-5 days for help. Are you serious?
Expect a call today bcs I'm tired of this bs.AND NO, I will post a proof of purchase! Im not making this stuff up, why would I waste more time in my busy daily Schedule.
JM Bullion says I am at fault for not understanding their policy for not engraving 3 items while waiting on a presale item to be in stock. This caused a 3 week delay in getting the purchased items, before the holidays. When I asked about just shipping the 3 engraved items I was told the only way possible is by cancelling the order and repurchasing the engraved items separately from the presale item. In some cases this works, but not with volatile precious metals who's prices went up during this time (nice try)! I happen to find this policy moronic or just plain lazy. But I guess since the customer (me) is wrong, then it is wrong for me to ever purchase from JMB again, so who really wins? In my days of working retail my company always believed in customer service above all else, JM Bullion does not believe in the philosophy, in my opinion, so like I have told your company in a previous email, this is good bye!
I have bought from JM for years. So from August to November our order have been slow to ship even after payment cleared with Express shipping. I had one order that stated lable created on September 3 and was just waiting for pick up. Called customer service several times just to be told after over 2 months they were out of the number I ordered and had to change it. Was not the 5 oz I wanted but I just wanted what I payed for.
JM Bullion policy states they can leave your gold or silver without a signature. If your parcel is stolen, lost, forged, whatever, JM Bullion still wants you to pay. Their insurer, Capella, is a scam and does not assist.
I had been a long time customer of JM Bullion. A few Years back I switched to SD Bullion. I went back to my original account and it had been closed. I opened a new account and placed an order using my American Express. A few days later I received an email that stated my order was cancelled. I inquired why and was told due to them not processing my American Express. I was told I would have to make a few transactions with a bank wire and then I might be able to use American Express. This is bad business. I want back to SD Bullion and bout metals there.
I ordered 2,1/2 oz silver rounds feom these guys and they sent me 2,1/4 oz rds. It took five days for them to figure out they made the mistake by "checking their cameras and then sent a return label. I dont have time to package stuff up for the postal service. I thought having things delivered to me with expidited shipping would make things easier. Nope. Then they had the nerve to send an invoice saying they take pride in their checking and double checking process to ensure we get what were buying. Havent recieved the correct products or an offer of my money back for the bad business they do. I also do business with sd bullion and investor crate. Ill stick with them
They're product is exactly what they say It is. I received it exactly when they said I would. I will buy from them again, As I have in the past.

I updated my shipping address on their website before placing order, i used paypal for safety, and JM bullion decided to ignore my shipping address and use paypal's billing address for myself instead which is an old address. I was unable to make any changes with JM bullion, fedex, or paypal, have received no options for me to receive my package, no option to pick package up, all of it has been nothing less than ridiculous. I expect a level of customer service since this is 100% JM bullions fault and have received nothing less than an 'oh well' from them. Horrible experience, i'd opt in from finding a local dealer next time.
The sale went as expected, no surprises, which is what I want for this type of purchase. Communication was good and shipped on schedule.

My order was marked payed the same day I placed the order, it couldn't be shipped out till the following Tuesday... and I don't want to hear payment clearing or processing... I'm not a rich man so when I spend 500 dollars for something I would hope that I would get the same great service as the rich man spending thousand... not happy with your customer services.
